根据德州市卫生局德卫监控字[2011]3号文件精神，齐河县卫生防疫站全面履行艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作技术支持和上报信息审核职责。通过组织县卫生防疫站艾滋病筛查实验室及县医院、县妇幼保健院、泰邦公司齐河单采浆站艾滋病筛查实验室学习市卫生局德卫监控字[2011]3号、省卫生厅鲁卫疾控发[2010]17号文件，开展《全国艾滋病检测工作管理办法》、《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2009版)》培训活动，使各筛查实验室提高了对艾滋病自愿咨询检测是及时发现艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人重要途径的认识，进一步明确了工作职责，使医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测服务(PITC)工作得到进一步推进;通过“艾滋病检测咨询信息管理系统”，加强对各咨询点上报信息的审核，有效地避免了《检测咨询个案登记表》错项、漏项现象的发生，进一步规范了咨询检测工作。通过对“艾滋病检测咨询信息管理系统”的维护，加强了对各咨询点的技术指导，积极排除故障，有效地维护了系统的正常运行。据统计，2011年1-6月份全县完成VCT咨询348人，采血检测 348人。其中县卫生防疫站咨询302人，县医院咨询13人，县妇幼保健院咨询33人;求询者类型构成：有非婚异性性行为史者207人，有男男性行为史者71人，有输血史者39人，有手术史者6人，有注射毒品史者6人，配偶/固定性伴阳性者4人，母亲阳性者1人，结核病门诊就诊者12人，其他2人，未发现HIV抗体阳性者。
