艾滋病县长 究竟是病可怕还是人心可怕？

近日，贵州三穗县副县长杨昌明因受贿被检察机关审讯，但最可怕的是有传言这位副县长已经感染艾滋病。他坦言自己跟30多名女性发生过关系，其中大部分都是教师和官员。究竟是艾滋病可怕还是官员那点事可怕？相信大家心里都有一个答案！
性爱日记、官员艳照等等似乎都跟为百姓做实事、做好事不搭边，我们希望父母官们能真正为百姓做点事情，把人民利益放在心中！
副县长感染艾滋，当地竟然“人人自危”。由此可见，当地的社会风气是多么的“开放”。否则的话，顶多也就是跟副县长有染的几十个女干部、女教师及其家属会胆战心惊，不关别人的事。可如果大家都比较“开放”，女干部和女教师中还有人不止背靠副县长这一棵“大树”，而她们的家属也有“女下属”或其他“关系户”，就像有网友说的那样，如此“链式传播”再加上“网式传播”，一传十、十传百，可不就“人人自危”了呗。
都说“权力是最好的春药”，果然。近年来跟官员有关的“风流韵事”不断被媒体踢爆，其中有些道德败坏的家伙不仅在社会上胡来，还将“兔子不吃窝边草”的古训弃之脑后，频频将黑手伸向自己的女下属。虽然不排除有些女性不知自重，为了种种不可告人的目的自愿委身权力；但归根结底，这一切乱相都源于权力监督制约机制的缺失——缺乏监管必将带来权力失控和“权力通吃”，或攫取钱财、或攫取美色，无往而不利。
杨昌明因贪腐落马并传出患上艾滋病，既可恨又可怜。但仔细想想，杨昌明固然可恶至极，而那30多位与杨昌明有染的女公务员和女教师，又何尝没有可恨之处？据报道，杨昌明案发始于一名与其有染的女教师染上艾滋病，随后该教师以“强奸”罪名向警方报案，从而牵出腐败案。说实在的，这名女教师非常可怜和可恨，明明是违背道德与杨副县长缠绵，染上艾滋病后居然告杨副县长“强奸”，真亏说得出口。这名女教师不仅应该受到道德审判，还应该受到法律制裁——诬陷杨副县长。
相比这名女教师而言，其他的女教师和女公务员同样可恨。杨昌明不就是一个远程教育中心主任、一个副县长吗？他酒席上喜欢带着女教师或女公务员，你们怎么就乖乖地让他带上酒席呢？而且他经常乘着酒意动作非常出格，你们怎么就容忍他胡作非为呢？一个巴掌拍不响，不是俺为杨副县长说话，这些女教师和女公务员确实涉嫌逢迎拍马、附庸风雅，甚至出卖良心、道德、家庭，不知廉耻地与杨副县长苟合。杨副县长落到今天的可耻下场，难道这些女教师和女公务员脱得了干系？
教师是高尚的职业，背着家人与杨副县长有染，无疑不高尚；教师是人类灵魂的工程师，心灵如此龌龊如何教育好下一代？公务员是人人羡慕的职业，但与杨副县长乱来的女公务员，不仅没人羡慕，而且遭到人们唾弃。俺就搞不明白，这些在讲台上满嘴仁义道德的女教师和这些在社会上光彩照人的女公务员，为啥偏偏就被杨副县长弄得神魂颠倒，甚至染上艾滋病？
其实从杨副县长的种种迹象可以非常明确地看出，他分明就是老色鬼，明明不分管教育却经常视察学校，心中念着的绝对是女教师而非教育，但这些女教师偏偏就上钩了。很明显，除了看上杨副县长“体型适中，穿着笔挺的西服和衬衣，系着领带，头发向后梳，显得神采奕奕”外，还有就是他手中的权力。一位商人一针见血地指出，杨昌明所分管的部门和单位大多修建了自己的宾馆和酒店，“那里就是他兴风作浪的温床。”精明的商人能够看得这么清楚，这些女教师和女公务员为啥就不能发现杨副县长的一丁点蛛丝马迹？
当然，这些女教师和女公务员或许有苦衷。报道称，有官员为求发迹向领导干部“贡妻”。遇到这样的混蛋老公，这些女公务员也真是倒霉，但对于老公的无理要求完全可以拒绝呀，人活着不能没有一点尊严呢！据说杨昌明被查染病后，不少涉事女性同样面临染病之忧，而家庭或将分崩离析。这能怪谁上呢？难道仅仅是杨副县长的错？
贵州落马副县长传患上艾滋病暴露出的问题，不仅是官员的经济问题和生活作风问题，更有女教师和女公务员道德沦散、拜金拜权的问题，应该引起社会高度重视并对此进行讨伐。目前处理贪腐案，往往把贪官处理了就万事大吉，其实除了处理贪官，还应该处理与贪官有染的那些女人。只有双管齐下，才能匡扶党风政风、纯洁民风、净化社会风气。或许，这才是处理杨昌明案给我们的最大启示和收获！
