台湾成立专责团队调查误移植艾滋病患者器官事件

新华网台北８月２９日电（记者孟娜 李凯）有关台湾大学医院日前发生的院方误将一名艾滋病感染者器官移植给５名病患一事，台湾卫生主管部门已成立项目小组，将于两日内邀请学者专家、法界人士与社会团体代表成立三大专责团队，将以最短时间，完成事件调查，厘清责任归属，并主动提供受害者及其家属所需协助。
根据台湾“卫生署”网站２９日最新消息，台湾卫生主管部门为尽早厘清该事件原委，以研究必要的改善措施，恢复人们对于器官捐赠与移植的信心，预计将于两日内分别就该事件的调查、受害者协助与医疗处置咨询协处等成立三大专责团队。
项目调查小组将进行该事件的原因调查，详细了解整个流程，厘清疏失关键所在。待调查结束后，即按调查结果，依相关法律核予适法处分。
受害者关怀协助小组由器捐中心邀集心理师、社工师、法律等领域的专家，主动拜会病人、家属以及捐赠者的家属，以安抚其情绪，同时提供必要的协助。
医疗咨询小组由台湾卫生主管部门疾管局邀集器官移植与艾滋病防治的专家学者组成咨询小组，协助医院，提供最佳治疗咨询，建立后续追踪治疗指引，并持续监测病人健康、感染与医疗的情形。
此外，“卫生署”已要求台大及成大两家医院，除对受赠者的健康情形持续关注外，也应对家属的心理情绪反应做妥善处理；还应该注意相关医护人员的反应，施以必要的辅导与关怀。
据台湾“卫生署”网站消息，未来如果确定暂停涉案医院的器官移植相关业务一段时间，为保障等待器官移植者的权益，台湾卫生主管部门将会安排病患转诊至其他移植医院接受手术，所有病患的权益不受任何影响。
据了解，误移植事件中的捐赠器官者是一名３７岁男子，２４日因头部外伤送新竹市南门综合医院急救，次日宣告不治。家属在不知男子是艾滋病感染者的情况下，联络台大医院器官捐赠小组。器官捐赠协调者和台大检验人员仅以电话确认结果，不幸混淆阳性与阴性，检验人员也并未二次确认就进行移植手术。
该名艾滋病患的心脏、肝脏、肺脏和两颗肾脏分别捐赠给了５名病患，其中心脏送到成大医院进行移植手术，其他４起手术都在台大医院进行。等到器官移植手术完成，协调者收集检验报告纸本资料时，看到捐赠者的艾滋病检验结果竟然是“阳性”，才发现大事不妙，紧急通知移植团队为时已晚。
