台军首度曝光艾滋病患 一军官罹艾滋要求除役遭拒

中国台湾网9月28日消息 据台湾《联合晚报》报道，国民党籍民代周守训上午在台民意机构质询指出，台军有一名志愿役官兵向他陈情，指其本身已发现罹患艾滋病，惟恐在军中产生传染，认为自己本身是“危险的”，立即呈送除役报告，要求离营，但台当局防务主管部门却迟未批准他的除役申请，只好向民代陈情。台当局防务主管部门负责人高华柱上午在台民意机构答询时表示，此案他已获悉，并指示所属以“项目办理”。
据报道，这是台军中首度“曝光”的艾滋病例，这名当事人为台军某司令部一名志愿役军官，不过，该司令部参谋长上午闻讯，也不明所以，当场紧急致电所属查询，显示军方内部对此个案还在高度保密中。
据民代资料显示，这名罹病的军官在6月间经民间医疗单位确认，发现自己HIV艾滋病毒带原阳性，并立即呈送除役报告，但单位获悉后，并未积极处理此案，也未采取隔离或疏导措施。军官相当无奈，认为自己的病况在军中将对袍泽产生“危险”，只好向周守训陈情。
军方透露，该军官是在上周五向周守训陈情，但却在本周一才向主官说明他有爱滋带原，退伍报告根本还没有撰写或呈送，所以该司令部才会处于“不知情”的状况，详情还要进一步了解。
据报道，一般台军体位判定须由军医院开具医疗证明，再由军医院主动通知相关单位办理退除役，但该名当事人是在民间医疗院所自行检验，所以军方对该案仍需要进一步确认。（中国台湾网 冯江）
