首先感谢康先生。去年八月，澳门隔离结束，康先生出资12万美金包机从澳门飞卡拉奇，分享了阿富汗贸易商机。今年是康先生六十岁大寿，康先生又慷慨出资13万美金包机上海浦东到卡拉奇真纳机场，这一方面是康先生帮助，另一方面对防止疫情传播也好。除了机组人员，就三个老朋友。途径科伦坡，中途休息，100块钱人民币兑换斯里兰卡3000卢比，刚好是当地加勒海鲜市场一只龙虾的价格。不仅如此，还被科伦坡当地朋友忽悠看鲸鱼跳海，结果鲸鱼没看到，每人还支付了200美元费用和12美元保险费。从上海出发气温是8℃，到科伦坡气温33℃，同样是阳春三月，各地气温大相径庭。

其次感谢阿卜杜拉先生班尼尔博士、Eric先生和继续担任本次翻译的Ms.White，怀特女士翻译准确生动，水平是高。也感谢这次峰会的200多家机构和六百多位朋友，这次六百多位朋友带着四千亿美金的流动性投资，比去年卡塔尔多哈大家在国敦大酒店开会七百亿美金规模翻了四倍，就是400%。一方面说明了疫情下全球经济滞涨，资金出于安全考虑回笼持有了，另一方面也说明了疫情下全球范围内优质项目资产变少了。

中午在康先生助理陪同下，到卡拉奇大学参观了一圈。助理先生说，中国人是巴基斯坦人民好朋友，一般酒店没有接待中国人的资格，只有酒店门口配置持枪保安的才可以接待中国人。我两次都没住酒店，都是康先生安排的私人高级住所，安全度相当高。在卡拉奇大学我们参观孔子学院，发现条件很不错，每个教室都配置空调，这对处在热带的地方来说是很好的条件，路过教室听到一个汉语教师口音是四川口音，应当是中国人。学生写字也令人不能理解。我们在旁边参观看一个二十岁左右男青年写汉字“下”，活活写成一横下面一竖左边一个点，中国汉字的“下”其实是一横下面一竖然后右边一个点的。一个五十岁左右的妇女写中国字“坐”，写成上面两个人，下面的土少了中间一横。这是现场看的。不能理解。他们交流以乌尔都（Urdu）语为主，学汉字主要看拼音，为了HSK等级考试，口语交流还是比较困难。另一个教室我们看了考试题目，也不能理解。题目为：Zhe()是我家。选项为：远、这、近。看样子是考字体结构，用相似项考察。2013年中国李克强总理曾说，希望给孔子学院培养一千名汉语教师。现在几十名是有了，距离一千名还是有距离。关键这里天热。助理还提示我，伊斯兰教义认为左右手不同，左手脏，所以接受东西要右手。这里禁酒。

    第三方面我说说我推荐的三个中国国内项目在一个小时前内部交流时大家的疑惑。首先说新能源项目，这是去年的延续，是增量问题。IM-K基金Jim先生需要决策的是增量多少问题。Jim先生担心乌俄战争对中国政治影响和中国国内腐败影响。这是个不确定性因素。目前看，中国卷入战争概率趋近于零。国内腐败现在习主席、李总理持续反腐，大环境不断向好。2021年12月30日中纪委传达了中央政治局会议关于反腐过程追赃挽损规范化条例。2022年1月11日习主席、李总理在省部级干部研讨班讲话中指出反腐“考验之大前所未有”。所以各位担心也是能理解的。风险无处不在，小心驶得万年船。关于腐败导致项目夭折和投资失败案例比比皆是，不可胜数。“货到地头死”，外资通过国际收支表FDI项目进来，再要出去，外管局就要配置约束条件了。这也是现实情况。谁投出几千万美金，都会考虑。总之当前腐败对先进领域影响相对来说很小，影响大局的权重比例应当在5%之内。其次说说国际供应链项目，目前这个项目意向资金倾向于负利率国家的资金，因为该项目给出的资金利息年化3%的价格承受力决定了只能如此。日本、瑞典等资方可晚宴后意向性接触。其他资金成本高的没必要接触，你要的价格项目出不起。第三个项目是基于电竞和酒店结合的项目，目前质疑最多。质疑主要集中在资本逻辑上，开始发言前，Muhammad Watus先生和翻译Jie女士问我这个项目相关问题，Jie女士跟我说，这个项目的创始人和核心团队成员，在谷歌、百度百科、360百科都搜不到，没有任何知名度，就谈不上可信度。这个问题我这里回答下，因为这是普遍性想问的问题。这是一个风口项目，前几年亚运会把电竞作为比赛项目后，电竞结合酒店模式快速发展的，在风口趋势赋能下，发展是有一定速度的，但饱和也快，几年窗口期就看谁会干。这个名单我没有细看，我是科伦坡机场转机才收到PPT的，应当是一群想干事的年轻人，趁着大趋势风口奋斗一把。相关数据显示，2019 年 8 月，全国电竞酒店约有1200 家，到 2020 年 8 月，已超过 8000 家，一年增长了 600%。2020 年 3 月至 11 月，电竞酒店平均月增速为 111%，而传统酒店增设电竞客房的平均月增速约为 130%。同程旅行发布的《中国电竞酒店市场研究报告 2021》预测，2021 年全国电竞酒店的存量预计将达到 1.5 万家，到 2023 年将突破 2 万家。从这些数据分析，2022年还是风口期。

人的问题至关重要。风口来了，许多人做智能手机，为什么就华为和小米成了？为什么数以千计的团队倒下了，包括锤子手机等，均亏损得找不到家门口。关键是文化和团队。任何一个好项目，最后能搞成功，关键就是团队。了解团队成员过往成绩，公开知名度，举世公认的成果等历史信息，非常重要。什么层次的人干什么层次的事，这是中午阿訇说的。

刚刚阿卜杜拉先生说，去年刚开始他不认识我。是他的第五个儿子通过网络搜索我的信息，在亚马逊国际上搜到我的金融专著《利息伦理和借贷投融资》和长篇小说《卤阳湖》，购买阅读后五儿子在家里吃早餐时候介绍给阿卜杜拉先生，阿卜杜拉先生推荐给MLC的。阿卜杜拉先生说，虽然之前不认识，但看这个人做的事情，没有一件出发点是小格局，金融专著是为了帮助客户识别金融诈骗，长篇小说是为了宣传家乡物产促进当地经济发展，全世界每个民族都需要这样的精神，所以他推荐给MLC组委，表扬一种精神。Eric先生也说，全球销售专著，经济收入是第三位的，第一位的是减少别人了解你的信息成本，通过行动和行为去识别你基本是怎样一个人，第二位是架起了共情和互信桥梁。许多人都想回报家乡。正是这样的基础，快速增加了信任度，减少了质疑和信息不透明成本，促成了去年金融投资。康先生也说，起初澳门隔离和我认识只是点头之交，后来通过可落地证实的行为信号，在网络上了解了我做过的事，后来大家发展成忘年交的。康先生大我十五岁，不容易。

第四方面我介绍疫情下中国国内资金流动性情况。当前几年疫情，流动性紧张，几乎陷入凯恩斯陷阱。手里有钱的，都不敢投资，因为疫情下优质项目资产断崖式减少，投资收益没有保障。项目缺乏融资支持，是项目本身在当前并不是优质资产。项目包装在初级投融资机构来说很重要，在今天这个级别的投资群来说，不重要，重要的是项目资产的本质。

从全球范围看，2022年总的流动性不低于20万亿美金，这些不包括股市每天几千亿和外汇市场每天几万亿的重复性交易在内。问题是，全球范围内缺乏对应优质项目资产，资本找不到足以实现其增殖的项目，并不是好项目融不到资。今天的三个项目，晚宴后可分别交流。

最后，我赠送康先生一副六十大寿的礼物，是我自己书写的“寿”字毛笔小篆体，这个边框38*66CM，是红木材料鸡翅木，里面装裱是卡拉奇本地金店我和康先生助理一同去的，使用了60克纯黄金，代表六十岁大寿。现在，请助理先生把这个礼物给大家看下。

There are countless cases of corruption leading to the failure of projects and investment failures. Anyone who invests tens of millions of dollars will be considered. In short, the impact of current corruption on advanced fields is relatively small, and the weight of the impact on the overall situation should be within 5%. Secondly, let’s talk about the international supply chain project. At present, the intentional funds of this project tend to be funds from countries with negative interest rates, because the price affordability of the fund interest given by the project is 3% per annum. Japan, Sweden and other capitals can have intentional sexual contact after the dinner. There is no need to contact other ones with high capital costs, and the price items you want cannot afford. The third project is based on the combination of e-sports and hotels, and is currently the most questioned. Questions mainly focus on capital logic. For any good project, the key to success in the end is the team. It is very important to know historical information such as team members' past achievements, public reputation, and achievements that are recognized worldwide. Just now Mr. Abdullah said that he didn't know me at the beginning of last year. From a global perspective, the total liquidity in 2022 will not be less than 20 trillion US dollars, which does not include the repeated transactions of several hundred billion per day in the stock market and several trillion per day in the foreign exchange market. The problem is that there is a lack of corresponding high-quality project assets on a global scale, and capital cannot find projects that are sufficient to realize its proliferation. It is not that good projects cannot be financed. Today's three projects can be discussed separately after the dinner.
