新疆初步建立艾滋病医疗救助体系

（新疆日报网讯）目前全区共建立了50家艾滋病抗病毒治疗中心，全区艾滋病医疗救助体系初步建立，这是记者在12月25日召开的全区防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议上了解到的。
近年来，我区加大艾滋病防治工作力度，通过各种形式累计投入4亿多元用于“艾防”工作，全面启动免费抗病毒治疗和机会性感染预防治疗，在全区建立了50家艾滋病抗病毒治疗中心，截至今年9月底，累计治疗艾滋病病人1913例；启动了儿童抗病毒治疗工作，母婴阻断项目由原来的13个县逐步扩大到38个县，截至今年9月，累计为19万余名孕产妇提供了艾滋病检测，干预措施比例达到90％左右；全区建立422家艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊，2008年完成咨询检测达30628人次，为尽早发现和控制传染源起到重要作用。
但我区艾滋病防治工作形势依然严峻。据自治区卫生厅统计，截至今年9月底，我区累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者24818人，据推测实际感染人数超过6万人，居全国第四位。同时，全区各地州艾滋病防控能力不均衡，艾防宣教工作覆盖面不全，防治经费尚有很大缺口等。这些是当前艾防工作中面临的主要问题。
自治区副主席铁力瓦尔迪·阿不都热西提主持全区防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议并讲话。他要求，要推进艾防进社区、进校园、进工地活动；要积极推广美沙酮维持治疗和清洁针具交换为主要手段的综合干预措施，做到公共娱乐服务场所100％推广使用安全套；要认真落实“四免一关怀”政策，尽可能将符合抗病毒治疗标准的患者全部纳入医疗救治体系；要加快立法进程，力争自治区《防治艾滋病条例》明年颁布实施。
