河北：艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势 整体处于较低流行状态

    10月26日至29日，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会联合督导组，在全国妇联副主席甄砚的带领下，在我省进行督导检查，对我省艾滋病防治工作给予充分肯定，并提出了工作建议。副省长孙士彬代表省政府就有关情况做了总体汇报。

    据了解，我省艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势，新发感染病例以性传播为主，整体处于较低流行状态。为做好艾滋病防治工作，我省省、市、县三级疾控机构都建立了独立的性病艾滋病防治科，建立了三级疫情报告管理网络，艾滋病实验室检测网络日趋完善。

    针对艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的特点，我省还对感染者和艾滋病病人生活、生产等实施全面帮扶。截至目前，全省共发放救助款638万余元，受助家庭691户，所有艾滋病病人都得到了机会性感染治疗。

     For HIV-infected persons and the patient characteristics of our province also infected persons and AIDS patients live, work and helping to implement comprehensive. Up to now, the province issued a total of 638 million yuan assistance payments, recipients, family 691, all AIDS patients have received treatment for opportunistic infections.
