俄罗斯加大艾滋病防治力度

截至目前，俄罗斯登记在案的艾滋病病毒感染人数超过５０万人，仅去年新增感染人数就达到５．４万人，比２００７年增加２０．６％。今年上半年新增感染人数也比去年同期上升１３％。俄总防疫师奥尼先科２８日说，俄目前艾滋病防治形势不容乐观，政府将采取多种措施加大艾滋病防治力度。

奥尼先科是在莫斯科举行的第三届东欧和中亚国家艾滋病防治国际会议上作上述表示的。他说，目前俄艾滋病防治形势最严峻的地区有莫斯科、圣彼得堡、斯维尔德洛夫斯克、萨马拉及克麦罗沃等地。

奥尼先科介绍，俄罗斯艾滋病感染情况具有以下特点：感染人群中男性居多，约占６６％；感染人群出现年轻化趋势，其年龄普遍低于３０岁；女性患者比例持续增加。“仅今年上半年，新增女性患者人数就占所有新增患者人数的４５．５％，这个速度使我们感到担忧”。

艾滋病在俄罗斯的传播与吸毒有直接关系。俄媒体报道说，登记在案的５０万名艾滋病病毒感染者中，大部分是通过静脉注射吸毒方式感染的。去年通过这一方式感染艾滋病病毒的人数比前年增加了约６５％。

    近年来，俄境内吸毒人数不断增长，目前已达到约２００万人至２５０万人，每年因吸毒而死亡的人数约为３万人。鉴于此，俄政府近期计划加大对毒品流通的打击。
