　　卫生部艾滋病临床专家组副组长李太生教授于11月20日～21日专程来到爱白成都中心，考察、指导艾滋病感染者关怀及营养支持工作。

　　在21日召开的“艾滋病患者治疗、营养支持与关怀项目专家咨询会议”上，李太生教授高度肯定了爱白近1年来在艾滋病感染者心理支持及营养关怀工作方面取得的成绩。李教授指出，目前的艾滋病治疗工作中，对患者的营养支持、整体身心健康的关怀，还显得很不够。爱白结合自身的专业特长，与省市医疗机构紧密合作，为患者提供了高质量的服务，该项工作在国内填补了空白。考虑到艾滋病是一个复杂、不断变化和长期的全身性感染性疾病，以及免疫系统与代谢之间的复杂相影响，个体化、有针对性的营养支持对于改善感染者/患者的免疫功能、辅助抗病毒治疗都有极其重要的作用。

　　此外，已经有超过6万的中国艾滋病感染者进入长期治疗，随着治疗时间的延长，营养及代谢问题会显得越来越突出，例如脂肪代谢异常、心血管疾患等，从临床科研的视角，爱白在该领域的工作也具有非常重要的意义。

　　会议上，爱白成都中心江华主治医师、北京协和医院陈伟教授分别就该项目的实施、初步成果、营养不良在成都市艾滋病感染者中的流行情况以及营养支持方案等问题做了汇报。根据该项目数据，目前营养不良在艾滋病病毒感染者，尤其是住院的艾滋病患者中广泛存在，超过1/3的住院患者存在需要专业干预的重度营养不良。同时，营养素摄入不足/不均衡也普遍的存在于感染者/患者中，构成对于长期治疗和生存十分不利的影响。

　　北京协和医院肠外肠内营养科陈伟教授、四川省疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治所所长张灵麟教授、四川省性病艾滋病防治协会会长王敦志教授、成都市传染病院艾滋病科主任何盛华教授、四川大学华西医院营养科主任胡雯教授、四川省医学科学院.四川省人民医院外科蔡斌教授等省内外专家也参加了会议。张灵麟教授充分肯定了爱白已经取得的成绩，并提出要求，希望爱白能充分总结经验，与有关医疗机构一道，为四川省艾滋病感染者/患者提供更好的服务。

　　21日下午，李太生教授、陈伟教授及爱白成都中心工作人员一同前往成都市传染病院交流。李太生教授为传染病院医务人员进行了艾滋病机会性感染治疗及抗病毒治疗进展培训，并就疑难艾滋病病例的诊治进行了会诊。

　　21日晚，在结束了一天繁忙紧凑的专业会议后，北京协和医院陈伟教授与成都市传染病院何盛华教授又不辞辛劳的参加了爱白成都中心的感染者小组交流活动。两位专家为10余位感染者解答了抗病毒治疗、营养支持、就诊流程与长期随访等方面的问题。两位专家丰富的临床经验、高度的责任心和关怀精神，为全体参会者留下了深刻的印象。（文稿版权所有，转载请注明出处“爱白网”）
