中国今年一月传染病死603人 艾滋病死亡数居首

　去年全国共报告法定传染病逾5百万例 死12622人

　　中新网2月10日电 据卫生部网站消息，2009年1月(2009年1月1日零时至1月31日24时)，全国(不含台港澳，下同)共报告甲、乙类传染病发病241484例，死亡593人。

　　除鼠疫、传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎和白喉无发病、死亡病例报告外，其余23种甲、乙类传染病均有报告。报告发病数居前五位的病种依次为乙型肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾和丙型肝炎，占甲、乙类传染病报告发病总数的89.16%。报告死亡数居前五位的病种依次为艾滋病、肺结核、狂犬病、乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎，占甲、乙类传染病报告死亡总数的90.89%。本月全国共报告霍乱20例，无死亡。共报告人感染高致病性禽流感7例，死亡4人。

　　同期,全国共报告丙类传染病发病66459例，死亡10人。报告发病数居前三位的病种依次为其它感染性腹泻病、流行性腮腺炎和手足口病，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的90.97%。
