卫生部：今年2月传染病死亡827人 艾滋病居首

人民网北京3月10日电 （记者杨文彦 实习记者赵敬菡）据卫生部网站消息，2009年2月全国（不含台港澳，下同）无甲类传染病发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病、死亡病例报告外，其余21种共报告发病326145例，死亡827人，其中艾滋病发病948例，死亡335例，居于首位。报告发病数居前五位的病种依次为肺结核、乙型肝炎、梅毒、丙型肝炎和痢疾，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的90.06%。
同期，全国共报告丙类传染病发病58211例，死亡11人。报告发病数居前三位的病种依次为其它感染性腹泻病、流行性腮腺炎和手足口病，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的86.74%。
