静脉吸毒和性传播成感染主要途径
中新山西网4月11日电 4月10日，记者在2009年全省艾滋病、性病、麻风病防治工作会议上获悉，2008年太原市共申报艾滋病感染人数215例，占全省申报人数的38.88%，太原市艾滋病感染者总人数已经跃居我省第二位。
据介绍，截至2008年12月31日，我省11个市共申报艾滋病感染人数583例，确诊病人307例、死亡151例、诊疗后死亡23例。运城市艾滋病患者的总人数仍然在我省居于首位，近年来，太原市艾滋病感染人数增速明显，总人数已经跃居我省第二位。2008年我省监测出的艾滋病感染者，羁押人员占48.71%，临床病人占26.24%，自愿咨询监测病人占13.55%。
据了解，我省艾滋病感染者由于采供血感染的比例逐渐下降，静脉吸毒和性传播成为我省艾滋病感染的主要传播途径。省疾控中心相关负责人介绍，我省艾滋病疫区正逐步扩大，我省119个行政县、区仅有5个县、区为艾滋病疫情的空白区；疫情分布差异明显，我省闻喜县已经累计申报艾滋病感染人数达472例，在我省县级城市居于首位；20岁年龄组的感染人数逐渐增多，比重开始增大；男性感染比例相对较高，男性与女性感染的比例为1.90∶1；监测出的感染者农民所占比例逐渐下降，但仍然比重较大。针对以上情况，2009年我省艾滋病预防将充分发挥艾滋病各监测点的作用，重点监测我省的高危人群，对外来打工者、归国劳务人员、孕产妇积极进行检查，规范我省无偿献血程序，干预暗娼行为，探索对男男同性恋的有效干预。（来源：山西商报；记者 韩晓俊）
