晚报讯 为保护病人隐私，性病门诊诊室应做到“一人一诊室”；感染性医疗废物应使用标有 “医疗废物警示标识”的专用袋，每天定时定路线由专人回收，回收推车要求专车专用……继长宁区卫生监督所在全市率先试点游泳场所、公共浴室、旅店业、美发美容业推广免费“看片规范”后，在今天上午举行的规范医疗废物管理会议上，全市首创的100多张医疗废弃物管理和性病门诊教育示范片免费发放给区内一级、二级医院和有性病门诊的各医院。据悉，“看片规范”这一新型模式今后有望在全市推广。
记者发现，在性病门诊教育示范片中，要求医生在诊治病人时，应提供至少5至10分钟的健康教育和咨询，要求医生在每接触一位病人后都应洗手消毒，每次检查后床垫应做到“一人一换”，使用后的一次性医疗用品应放置在医疗废物专用桶内。此外，每天诊疗前和诊疗结束后，还应开启紫外线灯对诊室、检查室和治疗室空气进行消毒，每次消毒时间不少于35分钟。候诊室应设有导医台或咨询台，有性病艾滋病宣传栏，并定期更换。门诊应具有性病艾滋病防治宣传材料、健康教育处方等，并安装安全套自动售货机或提供销售安全套的条件。
据长宁区卫生监督所所长胡苏介绍，目前区内有100多家一级、二级医院和门诊部以及10多家性病门诊，在医疗废弃物管理上，早已完全杜绝了医院废弃物可能流出并被再次利用等情况，但在诸如消毒操作等过程中尚存一些问题。此次免费发放教育示范片，通过可见的画面展示、有声的图像体现性病门诊和医疗废弃物管理的规范标准，使医疗废弃物管理人员和性病门诊负责人对具体流程和规范能有动态性的直观认识，从而达到避免交叉感染，保护病人和医护人员的目的。
