河北省MSM人群干预掀高潮

为有效控制艾滋病在男男性接触人群中的蔓延，河北省利用第三轮全球基金艾滋病项目经费，于09年3月份在全省11个地市启动MSM人群疫情调查工作。经过两个月的摸底、调查，基本掌握了各地男男性接触人群分布，今年5月，各地开展了丰富多彩的宣传干预活动，掀起全省MSM人群干预新高潮。
一、 邯郸市举办MSM人群艾滋病干预晚会
2009年5月23日晚，由邯郸市疾控中心主办、郸阳工作组（邯郸市MSM人群艾滋病防治干预志愿者组织）协办的邯郸市MSM人群艾滋病干预晚会在金山宾馆隆重召开。来自邯郸本地的MSM人员，石家庄、邢台等地的MSM人群艾滋病防治志愿者组织，北京、山东、河南、天津等地的MSM人员,共计300余人参加了本次晚会。
晚会特别邀请了邯郸广播电台著名播音员主持了本次晚会，晚会节目包括歌曲、小品、戏剧、舞蹈等形式多样，丰富多彩，寓教于乐，艾滋病知识也穿插其中，在邯郸同志圈中反映良好，收到了较好的宣传效果。晚会上还发放了艾滋病防治知识小册子、折页等500余份,同志专用安全套500余只。为60多人采集了血液样本，进行HIV抗体检测，并相应进行了问卷调查。
二、张家口市开展行为干预健康联谊活动
2009年5月23日下午，张家口市疾控中心在金桥宾馆开展张家口市MSM人群行为干预健康联谊活动，50余名MSM人员参加了活动。
在张家口MSM自愿者同盟工作站的负责人的主持下，重点对流调表的内容进行了认真的讲解，为MSM群体的心身健康，积极鼓励前来参加活动的MSM人群，进行采血检测。活动现场发放各类宣传资料190多份，发放安全套320个、口交套210个、润滑剂250支。本次活动共收回有效流调表14份，采集血样14份。
三、沧州市政府重视 广泛宣传 深入干预
自2009年第二季度以来，沧州市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病防治科加大艾滋病防治宣传力度，深化高危行为干预，得到了当地政府的重视和支持。其中针对沧州市男男同性恋（同志）人群中艾滋病疫情偏重的实际情况，重点对该人群的高危行为进行了一系列的干预宣传活动。分别在2009年3月26日和4月2沧州日报健康周刊头条刊登，该活动信息以党报为载体被印制5万余份发放到广大党政干部和群众手中，起到了很好的宣传作用。结合沧州市实际状况，酒吧、夜总会等高档场所极少，“同志”人群聚集的场所多为公厕、浴池、公园等，我们自行设计了“健康伴你行沧州市疾病预防控制中心友情提示”并粘贴在艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测宣传海报上,在我市10多家洗浴中心和近30家公厕进行了张贴，特别是在经营“同志”用品的保健品店张贴的同时将其销售人员发展为同伴教育宣传员并进行了培训，以销售人员为媒介，建议购买“同志”用品的人群来我中心进行免费丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病抗体的检测。针对“同志”群性活动多为肛交的特点我们与3家综合医院肛肠科及2家个体肛肠门诊取得联系，吸纳肛肠科医生为“同志”目标人群干预志愿者，为目标人群发放艾滋病知识宣传手册、扑克等宣传品进行干预，同时进行采血检测和问卷调查。截至目前已经对109人进行了流调，78人进行了采血检测，其中1人丙型肝炎抗体阳性。
四、承德市蓝天工作组端午节组织志愿者踏青活动
2009年5月28日，恰逢端午节之际，承德市疾控中心组织承德市男男性接触者预防艾滋病志愿组织“蓝天”工作组的志愿者，开展了安全套使用的倡导活动。以往的活动多为集中培训和学习，为了提高同志社区的参与热情，在2009年的端午节来临之际，组织志愿者到避暑山庄踏青，活动有登山、击鼓传花、安全套演示、艾滋病知识有奖抢答等丰富多彩的活动形式。有30余名同志参加这次活动，活动发放宣传手册5种150册，发放安全套300个。
五、廊坊市召开MSM人群QQ群网站等负责人会议
2009年5月8日至9日，“廊坊市MSM人群QQ群、网站等负责人会议”在盛宴楼宾馆召开。此次会议是由廊坊市疾病预防控制中心主办，廊坊市兄弟真情工作组协办的。会议采用讲授艾滋病防治知识、图片展示、问题解答的功能多种形式进行，互动性强。与会人员共同探讨了MSM人群干预工作中存在的具体问题及今后应采取的工作模式。经与大城县QQ群主协商，准备近期于我市大城县开展农村地区MSM人群干预活动。会议共有55人参加，其中QQ群主11人，其他为志愿者、兄弟真情工作组及我市CDC人员。共收回答卷13人份，采血13人份。
此次MSM人群QQ群主网站等负责人会议的召开，揭开了我市开展农村地区MSM人群干预工作的序幕，对我市MSM人群干预工作起到了积极的推动作用。
六、秦皇岛市举办MSM人群艾滋病防治知识座谈会
为了强化秦皇岛市MSM人群干预力度，在男男同性恋人群中广泛开展艾滋病防治知识宣传及干预活动，提高同性恋人员的艾滋病防治知晓率，提高在组织内部的安全套使用率，提高自愿咨询检测人数，在志愿者的大力支持下，秦皇岛疾控中心于2009年5月10日在云天海湾假日酒店首次举办了秦皇岛市MSM人群预防艾滋病行为干预座谈会。此次座谈会共有31名MSM人员参加，其中志愿者3名。
座谈会上，市疾控中心专业人员详细讲解了艾滋病流行趋势，艾滋病的基本知识和防治知识，安全套的正确使用方法及自愿咨询检测等内容。座谈会采用现场问卷调查、咨询讲解、志愿者演讲、互动讨论，发放宣传单等形式，深入浅出的讲解了艾滋病防治知识，使MSM人员对艾滋病有了更深刻的认识，进一步增强了MSM人群自觉使用安全套和自愿做HIV抗体检测的自觉性和主动性。
此次培训取得了良好效果，现场发放问卷21份，收回有效问卷19份，无效问卷2份，现场采血13份，发放宣传单90余份，安全套300只，润滑剂50只。
七、邢台市开展MSM人群艾滋病预防监测活动
2009年5月9日晚，邢台市疾控中心在邢台白云宾馆针对MSM人群开展了艾滋病知识宣传和抗体检测活动。参加此次活动的MSM人员共计32人。活动采取了MSM志愿者表演节目、市疾控中心人员现场咨询、问卷调查、发放艾滋病知识宣传材料及安全套等形式，收到良好宣传的效果。本次活动发放宣传材料百余份，安全套1200只，现场答卷32份，采血12份。通过此次活 动，增强了同志人群的防艾意识，提高了艾滋病知识知晓率，为进一步开展本市MSM人群HIV感染状况调查，打下良好基础。此次活动适逢大雨漂泊，影响了活动效果，今后抓紧做好补充调查。 |
