学者指中国经性途径传播艾滋病趋势加速

中新社上海六月十八日电 (宗晨亮) 长期从事艾滋病防控、治疗研究的上海疾控中心终生教授康来仪，十八日在上海科普大讲坛上发言透露，中国隐形艾滋病病毒携带者数量达四十余万，其中经性途径传播的比例加速上升。
康来仪表示，根据中国卫生部报告，截至去年年底，中国艾滋病感染者为二十七万余人。但是据专家估计，实际的感染者可能在七十万以上。中国的艾滋病感染者中，二00五年前的二十年内，经性传播的比例不足百分之十。但到二00八年，性传播的比例达到百分之四十五点八，增速明显。而吸毒等其他传播途径所占比例下降。
康来仪指出，在性传播途径中，又以同性恋艾滋病感染者的增加最为明显：二00五年上海同性恋艾滋病感染率是百分之一点五，到二00六年此感染率达到百分之四点一，二00七年已高达百分之七点五。
据介绍，中国多个省市已成立高危人群干预工作队，在高危场所宣传防控艾滋病的知识。康来仪表示，经过努力，上海地下性工作者的避孕套使用率从二00一年的百分之十四，提升到了目前的四成以上。这对于艾滋病的防控非常有利。
