新疆增资两千万加强艾滋病防治

天山网讯（记者李奎何报道）2009年，新疆维吾尔自治区将再增加两千万元用于艾滋病防治，其中超过三分之一的资金将用于我区所有县市预防艾滋病母婴传播工作。至此，预防艾滋病母婴传播工作将在我区全面展开。
6月25日，记者从自治区卫生厅了解到，目前我区艾滋病防治工作形势依然十分严峻，通过母婴、性接触等途径传播的艾滋病毒感染者持续增加，艾滋病经母婴传播的感染率在易感染人群中，由2000年的0.08%上升到1.2%，在我区全面开展预防艾滋病母婴传播已刻不容缓。
自治区卫生厅副厅长张咏中介绍，经多次调研，决定从今年起，在自治区原防治专项资金的基础上，每年再增加两千万元专款用于艾滋病防治。其中一千万元用于对艾滋病感染者和患者的抗病毒治疗，列支700万元，将我区在尚未开展预防艾滋病母婴传播工作的56个县市区全部纳入预防范围，把预防艾滋病母婴传播工作作为本地区艾滋病防治工作的重要组成部分。
据悉，我区从2003年，首先在乌鲁木齐市七区一县和伊宁市启动了预防艾滋病母婴传播试点，2005年到2007年，在中央补助地方预防艾滋病母婴传播专项经费支持下，逐步将试点扩展到全区11个地州市的38个县市区。截止到4月底，这些县市区共为约30万名孕产妇提供产前保健服务，258655人接受了检测咨询，检出阳性孕产妇1202人；在915名阳性分娩产妇中，对639人进行了药物阻断；在阳性母亲所生的865名婴儿中，对可追踪到的726名婴儿进行了药物阻断，并免费提供12个月的奶粉。
张咏中表示，为做好艾滋病母婴传播预防，各地卫生部门要将预防艾滋病母婴传播工作纳入妇幼保健常规工作，形成妇幼保健和疾控、医疗机构及相关部门相互配合、密切协作。同时，争取当地政府支持，对婚前健康检查给予一定经费补助，努力提高婚前检查率等。
