柳州千名校外青少年将接受艾滋病干预

广西新闻网柳州讯（记者陈小燕通讯员蓝建国）记者昨日从柳州市疾控部门获悉，疾控部门将依托社会义工，于年底前对1000名散落于社区、网吧以及其他公共场所的校外青年，进行艾滋病干预。

　　近年来的监测数据显示，青少年吸毒人群增加，且静脉吸毒的比例逐渐增高；青少年的性观念发生了较明显的变化，其中校外青少年感染艾滋病的风险较大。但是这部分人群对艾滋病预防认识不足，因此针对校外青少年开展艾滋病干预尤其重要。

　　依托社会义工开展校外青少年的艾滋病干预，是柳州市疾控中心和柳州市社会公益组织站共同负责实施的项目。从5月1日到12月31日，他们依托社会义工，对散落于社区、网吧以及其他公共场所的校外青少年进行艾滋病知识宣传和干预。目前，该项目已招募了一批社会义工。

　　在接下来几个月内，项目实施者将培训出一支约20人、具有宣教能力的校外青少年干预工作义务工作者队伍，对1000名散落于社区、网吧以及其他公共场所的校外青少年进行艾滋病知识宣教和干预服务，使校外青少年的艾滋病知识知晓率达到80%。此外，经过调查，还将发动100名具有危险行为的校外青少年主动进行HIV检测。
