哈尔滨市建艾滋病监测网将盯紧高危人群

第二轮全国艾滋病综合防治示范区工作正式启动，黑龙江省共有包括哈尔滨在内9个地市成为示范区。今后5年，哈尔滨市将建立艾滋病监测网络，对高危人群和重点人群进行监测和检测。

据介绍，全省9个示范区将在5年时间内，使城市居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率达90%以上，校内青少年达95%以上，流动人口达80%以上，各类高危人群达90%以上。艾滋病病毒感染孕产妇分娩婴儿艾滋病病毒感染率控制在5%以下；梅毒年报告感染增长率控制在10%以下；艾滋病致孤学龄儿童95%以上接受免费义务教育。

据悉，全省示范区将建立艾滋病检测筛查实验室和艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊，开展艾滋病、梅毒检测咨询服务。建立覆盖全县（市、区）的艾滋病监测网络，对高危人群和重点人群进行监测和检测。为感染艾滋病病毒的孕产妇和婴儿提供免费检测、孕产期保健及药物干预、安全分娩、人工喂养等技术支持服务。（衣晓峰记者杨晓宁）（编辑：李建平）
