钦州开展艾滋病防治"四个一"活动

记者日前从钦州市防艾委获悉,为进一步贯彻落实全市防治艾滋病的八项强化措施,保障广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,有效遏制艾滋病的广泛流行,春节前钦州市将开展艾滋病防治"四个一"活动。
一是开展一次艾滋病疫情全面的调查摸底。各县区和有关单位在1月20日前开展一次全面的艾滋病疫情摸底工作,
重点是对2009年10月开展调研活动中尚未调查清楚的数据(包括信息不全、失访、查无此人、重报等)进一步核查,对号上人,摸清实际,为我市防治艾滋病工作提供决策依据。
二是开展一次深入的防艾知识宣传活动。在1月14日起至春节前,开展一次大规模的艾滋病防治知识宣传活动。
三是开展一次免费安全套发放行动。从1月18日至2月5日,在全市开展一次大规模的"送健康进农村,免费发放安全套"行动。
四是开展一次公共场所排查行动。从2月1日至5日,对辖区内各公共场所进行一次大规模排查行动。
据了解,钦州市已将艾滋病防治规划纳入辖区国民经济和社会发展总体规划,制定具体的防治目标,明确责任和任务,实施目标考核管理。并实行政府"一把手"负责制,并定时汇报。对领导不力、措施不当、"四免一关怀"政策不落实的,将严肃问责;对隐瞒疫情、玩忽职守造成艾滋病传播流行的,将依法追究责任。据悉,活动期间钦州市防艾委将组织有关人员对全市活动开展情况进行现场督导检查。(周化虹李胜福)
