[湘西]民间草医研制出药剂 能治"艾滋病"

1月8日，笔者从吉首市周高清民族医诊所获悉，2009年12月31日，该所程振顺、田桃初、周高清3名医务人员及研究人员，到达河南省驻马店市上蔡县，开始对5名自愿服药的艾滋病患者进行免费治疗。在对患者事先进行两功能、三常规、CD4(免疫细胞)、病毒载量检测后，开始用药，使整个临床治疗规范化、程序化、科学化。一月后，还将在河南、湖南等地选择95名患者实施免费治疗。
该诊所成立于2009年12月16日。在此之前，吉首大学停薪留职干部程振顺、永顺县民间草医田桃初、花垣县民间草医周高清(民族医诊所所长)等人，便开始了对艾滋病的临床治疗研究，先后于2008年4月4日至2009年3月20日对河南上蔡、广西贺州、湖南张家界等地68名艾滋病患者进行了相应的临床免费治疗，临床治疗效果十分明显。服药第一疗程，患者病状全部消失。因治疗资金有限，第二疗程只有27人服药，CD4稳定增长，艾滋病病毒载量明显下降;第三疗程13人服药，其中有11人艾滋病病毒载量低于最低检测限(小于50拷贝/毫升)，另2人下降明显。在18个月中，临床治疗的患者病症不复发，艾滋病病毒不复制。应证了该中草药合剂具有疗程短、疗效好等特点。
2009年6月30日，国家知识产权局对程振顺、田桃初6月申报的发明专利申请发出了“专利申请受理通知书”， 并于12月2日在网上公布专利申请号，至此，此种治疗艾滋病的中草药合剂及其制备方法，已经得到国家相关部门的高度重视及社会的普遍关注。
这次研发的中草药分为药丸和汤剂两种，它们互为作用，间隔使用(30分钟—120分钟内)缺一不可。服药分为三个疗程共120天时间，只需服药18天，服药结束后进行CD4(免疫细胞)和艾滋病病毒载量检测，90%以上艾滋病患者的CD4(免疫细胞)稳定增长至正常值范围，艾滋病病毒载量下降至低于最低检测限。
