甘肃省艾滋病感染形势严峻 前10月感染216例 防治结合遏制蔓延 梧州启动防治艾滋病攻坚工程

本报讯(记者 王耀)记者11月15日从省卫生厅获悉，我省自1993年发现首例艾滋病病人以来，截至今年10月底，全省共发现艾滋病病毒感染者1144例，其中艾滋病病人362例，死亡176例。今年1至10月，全省共发现艾滋病病毒感染者216例，其中艾滋病病人63例，死亡32例。从全国范围来看，我省艾滋病呈低流行状态，但形势仍然严峻。
我省累计发现的艾滋病病毒感染者分布在我省14个市(州)和80个县(市、区)，感染人数列前三位的是：兰州447例，天水183例、临夏州116例。从全国范围来看，我省艾滋病呈低流行状态，但形势仍然严峻，尤其是20-49岁的中青年艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人分别占到总报告数的86.80%和84.25%。
防治结合遏制蔓延 梧州启动防治艾滋病攻坚工程

11月15日，梧州市召开全市防治艾滋病攻坚工程大会，决定自今年起，在全市范围内组织实施为期5年的防治艾滋病攻坚工程，坚决遏制艾滋病在全市的蔓延势头，保证全市经济社会平稳发展和人民群众身体健康。
据介绍，当前，梧州市艾滋病防治工作形势严峻，艾滋病感染人数每年呈两位数的态势增长，部分县市感染人数尚未查清，高危人群正向普通人群蔓延。如不采取措施，将威胁人民的身体健康。因此，针对当前我市艾滋病防治的严峻形势和实际情况，有必要掀起防治艾滋病的又一轮新高潮，坚决打赢防治艾滋病这场战争。
会议要求，要进一步强化防治艾滋病工作，加强预防艾滋病的宣传教育，特别加强对农村人群及青少年的宣传教育，运用通俗易懂、富有地方特色的防治艾滋病宣传知识，使防治艾滋病知识家喻户晓；做好疫情监测工作，加大艾滋病干预措施的覆盖面、严控性传播和婚内传播、开展针对吸毒人员的清洁针具交换及美沙酮药物维持治疗工作等措施。重点落实“四免一关怀”政策，切实保障艾滋病感染者和病人的合法权益，做到预防为主、防治结合，注重实效的原则，全面推动艾滋病防治工作深入、持续开展。
