中新网金边11月20日电(吉培 锦龙)柬埔寨一年一度的传统“送水节”11月20日拉开帷幕，来自全国各省市的龙舟选手涌入首都金边市参加节日期间举行的龙舟赛。为防止艾滋病蔓延，参赛运动员免费获赠安全套。
