由于担心医生拒诊，9成艾滋病患者在看病时隐瞒病情，防艾专家桂希恩教授昨日指出，这样容易造成误诊、误治，也带来艾滋病职业暴露的危险，他呼吁给艾滋病患者创造良好的就医环境。
中南医院急救中心许喜泳教授、口腔科主任陈建钢教授昨日接受记者采访时，都表示遇到过艾滋病患者隐瞒病情的情况。
许喜泳教授曾接诊过一位高烧多日不退的小伙子，当时他怀疑患者感染了艾滋病，后经抽血检查，证实了判断。他说，急救医生救治患者时，经常来不及进行血液检测，如果艾滋病人不告诉实情，医生难以准确诊断病情，如果碰到外伤患者，医生没有采取防范措施，会增加发生艾滋病职业暴露的风险。我省就曾发生过外科医生给艾滋病患者做急诊手术而发生职业暴露的事件。
陈建钢教授说，他接诊过20多位艾滋病患者，9成都没有告诉实情。“艾滋病患者隐瞒病情，就是担心医生拒诊。”桂希恩教授说。去年，中国卫生部与联合国艾滋病规划署公布了全球首份艾滋病歧视状况的报告。报告指出，1/4的医务工作者对艾滋病患者表现出歧视，甚至有医生拒绝提供普通的医疗服务。
业内人士指出，一些普通医生没有经过防艾专业培训，面对艾滋病患者，常感到恐惧。有的医院担心艾滋病患者就诊会影响其他病人看病，因而拒诊艾滋病患者。由于常被拒诊，多数艾滋病患者无奈只好隐瞒实情。

记者26日从云南省防治艾滋病工作情况通报会上获悉，性途径传播已成为云南省艾滋病传播的主要途径，但云南省艾滋病疫情快速上升的总体势头得到了进一步遏制。
云南省防治艾滋病局局长徐和平介绍到，在今年1-10月报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中，经性途径传播感染率达到了71.7%，较去年同期增加6.7%，其中男男性行为人群艾滋病感染者从2005年的4%上升到2010年的10%，上升较快，防治工作变得更加复杂、更加困难。目前感染者配偶感染率已达19.2%，婚内配偶间传播情况不容忽视。
据统计，截止2010年10月底，全省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者/病人82305例，其中艾滋病病毒感染者62233例，艾滋病病人20072例，死亡11609例。今年1-10月全省报告艾滋病病毒感染者/病人8670例，其中艾滋病病毒感染者6892例，艾滋病病人1778例，死亡2035例。
徐和平表示，今年是云南省禁毒防艾新一轮人民战争的收官之年，通过全省各级各部门的努力，目前，云南省艾滋病疫情上升速度有所减缓，连续三年报告发现的艾滋病病毒感染者数基本持平，今年1-10月较去年同期报告人数下降了8.4%，全省大部分地区疫情基本稳定。吸毒人群新发感染率逐步下降，从2005年的5.48%下降到2009年的3.61%，暗娼人群感染率保持平稳，波动于1.47%-1.81%之间。免费抗病毒治疗和母婴阻断措施有效降低了在治感染者和病人的病死率和母婴传播率，在治病人病死率从2004年的13.2/100人年降至2009年的1.3/200人年，接受母婴阻断服务的产妇所生儿童艾滋病病毒的感染率从35%降到3.65%。全省艾滋病疫情快速上升的总体势头得到进一步遏制。（记者 王琳 李旭俊）
