贵州发现艾滋病感染者和病人9922例以青壮年男性为主 西藏艾滋病疫情形势不容乐观

[提要] 11月26日，记者在贵州省疾病预防控制中心召开的艾滋病防控新闻通气会上获悉，贵州目前已累计发现报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人9922例，与去年同期相比，"虽然低于全国平均增幅，但贵州艾滋病防治的形式依然严峻。

据了解，艾滋病在贵州有4个流行特点：流行范围广；血液、性行为、母婴3种传播途径并存；感染者以青壮年、男性、低文化程度者为主；疫情继续呈现由高危人群经桥梁人群向一般人群扩散的趋势。由于可防不可治，艾滋病严重威胁着人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。最新数据表明，在贵州发现的1911例艾滋病病人中，已经死亡的有1687例。
贵州对艾滋病防治工作高度重视，各级政府成立了专门的防治机构，各部门也各负其责、积极配合。多年来，贵州除了完善艾滋病监测检测网络、健全实验室质量控制体系外，还对大众人群进行宣传教育，普及艾滋病基本知识，对高危人群针对性地实施有效预防干预措施，落实好"四免一关怀"政策，防治共抓。同时，做好国内国际合作项目，以项目促进全省艾滋病防治工作。据悉，目前贵州正在实施的艾滋病项目主要有中央转移支付艾滋病项目、全球基金艾滋病项目、美国疾控中心全球艾滋病项目等。今年，各项目资金已经超过4000万元。
12月1日是"世界艾滋病日"，贵州届时将开展一系列的宣传活动，动员社会各界积极参与艾滋病防治工作，让更多的人有更多的渠道能够了解防治艾滋病的相关知识，并对相关人群进行更有效的保护。（张元斌）来源：贵州日报

2010年12月1日是第23个“世界艾滋病日”，26日上午，自治区疾控中心艾滋病防控专家李斌在接受记者采访时说，由于我区地域辽阔，文化教育、卫生医疗条件等普遍落后且地区差异性大，这些因素促进了艾滋病在我区的传播和蔓延。他提醒我区广大民众，要增强艾滋病防护和自我保护意识，远离艾滋，守护自己和家人的健康。
1994年我区发现首例输入性艾滋病病毒感染者，自2002年开始有逐年增加的趋势。近年来，我区艾滋病阳性者发现和报告数逐年增加，全区七地市均有报告；艾滋病感染者以青壮年为主；性传播为主要感染途径；疫情由吸毒等高危人群向一般群众、城市向农村蔓延。
自我区发现首例输入性艾滋病感染者以来，自治区党委、政府对此高度重视，并成立了专门的工作机构，2005年自治区疾控中心成立后，率先在全区医疗机构内设立了性病/艾滋病防治所，七个地市疾控中心陆续成立了艾滋病防治所。“但是单单依靠卫生部门的力量是远远不够的，这需要社会各界的关心和支持，更需要人们的支持和理解。”李斌说。
又讯26日下午，自治区疾病防控中心艾滋病防治所的专家为拉萨童嘎语言学校的师生们带来了一场“遏制艾滋·履行承诺”的艾滋病防治宣传讲座。
“西藏公办的地市级学校我们已经开展过很多次宣传了，到民办学校宣传是第一次。民办学校生源复杂，像童嘎语言学校的学生大多又是来自社会待业青年，他们更需要社会的帮助和关爱。”李斌说。今后他们将加大对民办学校和社会团体的艾滋病防治宣传力度，让遏制艾滋、履行承诺从每个人做起。
