　　现状一　　患者多医院少

　　李虎介绍，目前，天津传染病医院是天津地区艾滋病感染者和患者唯一指定就医单位。当初，这里没有艾滋病门诊，治疗都在肝病门诊进行，后来，在医院领导的高度重视下，开设了艾滋专科门诊，但是从天津的艾滋病人及感染者人数来看，仍然无法满足他们的就医需求。

　　“天津到北京坐城际特快只需30分钟。北京有佑安医院、地坛医院两家专科医院，还有解放军302医院、协和医院两家综合医院能够接收艾滋病人及艾滋病感染者就医，加之他们对患者细心关爱，由此造成很多天津艾滋病患者舍近求远到北京就医。”

　　现状二　　得病没地方看

　　“在天津，艾滋病人或感染者一怕就业歧视，二怕得病，因为得了病没地方治。”李虎说，天津的其他综合医院不接受HIV阳性患者治疗非HIV/AIDS病症，而传染病医院对其他疾病又不具备必要的手术和治疗手段。

　　“国家明令要求医院不能拒绝、推诿为艾滋病感染者或病人治疗、手术。而现实中，本市各家医院一旦检查发现患者HIV阳性，便一律转送传染病医院。传染病医院是肝病专科医院，根本无法治疗艾滋病感染者或病人患有其他需要手术治疗的疾病。”

　　“如简单的痔疮、急性阑尾炎，复杂的腹腔积水、胆结石、胆囊肿、腰椎间盘突出等手术，传染病医院都不能做，艾滋病感染者或患者常常隐瞒病情到私人医院就医，”李虎说：“这种现状既不利于艾滋病感染者或病人的医治，更不利于艾滋病的防控。”

　　声音　　增一所三甲医院收治艾滋病人

　　基于上述现状，天津的艾滋病友发出呼吁，希望本市能增加至少一所综合性三甲医院接收HIV/AIDS患者，解决感染者或病人手术困难以及其他病症治疗的问题。同时，希望天津医生能与国内外艾滋病专家在临床治疗上加强交流合作。“多年来，在我们与国内外艾滋病专家和国际基金组织支持的‘无国界医生’的合作中，了解到他们也有这种愿望，希望定期或不定期到天津作临床经验交流，提高天津医生的专业素质和医疗水平。”李虎说。

　　天津市性病艾滋病防治协会会长郭则宇称，截至目前，天津累计筛查出艾滋病例1000多例，除去流动到外地的、已经去世的或者自行服药的感染者，正在治疗的有200多例，比起2004年的三四十例，有激增的趋势。除了在疾控中心取药、服药外，全市仅有传染病医院一家医院能接收艾滋病人，与需求不符。协会曾向有关部门提议，进一步扩大天津市传染病医院的艾滋病就医规模，改善就医环境；在条件允许的情况下，新增一至两家接收艾滋病人的综合性医院，满足艾滋病人的就医需求。
