全国妇联在艾滋病防治领域开展活动取得成效

新华网北京１１月２７日电（记者李菲）记者从２７日在京召开的中国温暖“１２·１”爱心基金—中国移动关爱行动“１２·１”儿童权益论坛上获悉，作为国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会成员单位之一，全国妇联在艾滋病防治领域开展的各项活动取得积极成效。
全国妇联书记处书记张静说，全国妇联对艾滋病防治工作高度重视，不仅成立了全国妇联预防与控制艾滋病工作协调组，制定了《全国妇联预防与控制艾滋病战略规划》，而且与卫生部共同发起了“预防艾滋病，健康全家人”活动，开展了对妇女艾滋病防治的“面对面”宣传教育活动，并积极参与了全国农民工预防艾滋病宣传教育工程。
张静介绍，为帮助受艾滋病影响的儿童改善生存状况和生活环境，２００８年，全国妇联权益部等机构共同启动了中国温暖“１２·１”爱心基金——中国移动关爱行动，项目为期５年。截至目前，项目已覆盖全国１５个省（区、市）的近３００个县，资助艾滋病致孤儿童和受艾滋病影响的特困儿童１２９３１名，超额完成了资助万名儿童的目标任务。
据了解，本次论坛的主题是，进一步贯彻落实《艾滋病防治条例》和《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划（２００６—２０１０年）》，按照国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议和全国妇联维权工作的总体部署，开展艾滋病防治工作经验交流、研讨受艾滋病影响的儿童权益保障问题，与项目受助儿童开展互动，倾听儿童的心声，深入了解他们的所思所想，促进他们身心健康全面发展，推动项目工作再上新台阶。
据悉，近年来，我国对于艾滋病防治的政策支持和经费投入力度不断加大，已经形成了政府领导、部门各负其责、全社会共同参与的防治工作机制，艾滋病防治工作取得了显著进展。目前我国艾滋病疫情上升幅度进一步减缓，艾滋病感染控制在世界较低水平。
