珠海艾滋病疫情严峻 性接触感染个案上升迅猛

今年12月1日是第23个世界艾滋病日，记者从市疾控中心了解到，我市艾滋病疫情依然较为严峻，今年1到10月份，我市新发现病例较2009年同期较大上升。但公众对艾滋病的认识已经提高了不少。
公众艾滋病防治知识和意识提高
昨日，市疾控中心在拱北国际大厦万家广场举行宣传活动。记者在活动现场看到，市民不仅大方接过宣传材料，参加有奖问答，而且在免费检测HIV抗体的车子前面，也排了很长队伍。队伍中有二十几岁的青少年，也有四五十岁的中老年人。刚抽完血检测的王先生告诉记者，他在周围逛街，就顺便抽下血检查下身体。跟普通的体检没什么区别。
市疾控中心艾滋病防治科负责人告诉记者，近几年来，明显感觉到公众防治艾滋病的意识在提高。以前这类HIV检测，极少有人主动前来检测的，当时公众对艾滋病极为抗拒，连提都不愿意提。而这几年这个现象很有改观，现场HIV检测，越来越多人坦然主动检测。“可见公众渐渐消除了恐惧心理，将其当成一个普通的传染病。”艾防科负责人说。
志愿者昨天在街上进行问卷调查的经历也可见一斑。“大约有六七成的人都乐意地做了问卷调查。没有任何抗拒。”一位在步行街刚做完几十份问卷调查的志愿者告诉记者。据悉，此次活动市疾控中心、市健康教育所将向市民发放各类宣传材料14650余份，安全套15000只。
性接触感染个案比例达64.8%
据市疾控中心艾滋病防治科负责人介绍，近年来，我市注射吸毒人群中艾滋病疫情得到了较为有效的控制，注射吸毒感染个案的比例和绝对数量均迅速下降，占所有病例的31.2％。但另一方面，经性途径传播个案上升迅速。性接触感染个案比例达到64.8％。其中，男男性接触者感染个案上升迅猛，占所有性接触感染个案的18.5%，非婚异性接触者感染个案占异性性传播的72.7%，配偶间固定性伴传播占异性性传播的22.7%。
感染者青壮年为主女性病例增加
据介绍，我市的艾滋病患者和感染者人群仍以青壮年为主。各年度新报告的感染个案中，2049岁年龄段达90.4％。我市年龄最大的个案患者80多岁。
令人担忧的还有女性病例不断增加。2010年男女比例为3.3:1,从历年报告个案中可以看出，女性所占比例呈现上升趋势。提示我市艾滋病疫情处于由高危人群向一般人群迅速蔓延阶段。
成立工作组干预男男性接触者
有报告显示，男男同性传播比例迅速攀升。但由于男男性接触者人群较为隐蔽，干预难度大。为此，市疾控中心结合全球基金艾滋病项目（RCC）和香港旅客干预项目工作，积极推进MSM同伴教育、安全套推广使用等工作的开展，支持成立了珠海第一个以MSM干预为主的公益组织“珠海酷爱彩虹”工作组。
