今年1-9月山西自愿咨询检测确证艾滋阳性138例

本报12月19日讯 （记者 杨帆 通讯员 张德利）17日，记者从山西省防治艾滋病办公室获悉：今年前9个月，全省建立了312个自愿咨询检测点，咨询49291人次，检测39910人次，确证阳性138例。自愿咨询检测成为我省新发现感染者的重要手段。
目前，我省县级以上疾控机构、综合医院和妇幼保健机构都已建立艾滋病自愿咨询检测点。前来自愿咨询检测的人群都可以获得工作人员的免费服务。如免费咨询、免费提供HIV（艾滋病病毒）抗体检测等。今年1-9月，全省建立了51个高危人群艾滋病监测哨点，累计监测各类人群19045人次，检出艾滋病阳性66例、梅毒阳性271例、丙肝阳性212例；全省孕期接受HIV抗体检测的孕妇116732人，分娩产妇HIV抗体检测240285人，检出艾滋病阳性孕产妇22人；通过防艾知识的“校园宣传”，大学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率今年提高至93.53%；将因艾滋病生活致困的家庭纳入城市或农村低保，目前，全省已有800多名受艾滋病影响家庭人员纳入当地最低生活保障，有387名致孤老人、儿童得到生活救助安置。
今年，省旅游局与人口计生、工商、公安、卫生等部门联合开展了在全省三星级以上宾馆酒店放置免费安全套，推广有效干预措施，以遏制艾滋病经性传播。通过对72家三星级宾馆酒店进行抽查，安全套摆放率达100%。另外，各地将艾滋病防治知识纳入中学教学计划。通过抽查，各中学完成了2010年委员会提出的每学年初中6课时、高中4课时的目标。
明年我省将继续在三级以上长途汽车站设置宣传栏，省内长途客运汽车上定期播放宣传片，使旅客可方便地获得艾滋病防治知识。
