全球基金艾滋病滚动项目在我市启动
本报讯(记者秦炜)中国全球基金艾滋病滚动项目已于2010年1月正式启动，全省14个市、州，33个县区为项目执行单位，武威市、古浪县列入其中。
据了解，该项目将与中央补助地方艾滋病防治项目相结合，充分发挥民间组织社会性、群众性和公益性的优势，通过在高危人群宣传教育、行为干预、咨询检测等方面做大量的工作，为政府和广大群众之间架起桥梁与纽带，一定程度上弥补在艾滋病防治工作中仅靠政府工作的不足，为艾滋病防治工作深入、持久地进行，建立民间组织参与艾滋病防治活动的工作机制提供技术支持和组织保障。
