全国妇联继续开展艾滋病防治宣传教育工作

为进一步贯彻落实我国《艾滋病防治条例》，实施《全国妇联预防与控制艾滋病战略规划》，全国妇联、卫生部决定在全面总结全国艾滋病综合防治示范区对妇女开展“面对面”宣传教育活动经验的基础上，继续在第二轮全国艾滋病综合防治示范区开展对妇女“面对面”宣传教育活动。
目前，全国妇联、卫生部已制定方案，下发通知，各地迅速行动，新一轮对妇女“面对面”宣传教育活动已在31个省、自治区、直辖市第二轮全国艾滋病综合示范区全面铺开。
这次活动时间从2010年1月至2013年12月，为期4年。活动范围为309个全国艾滋病防治示范区，受众主要是示范区和项目县（市）辖区内的妇女，重点是15~49岁的妇女、受艾滋病影响的妇女儿童。
这次活动内容，一般人群以普及艾滋病防治知识、消除歧视、主动关爱为主；高危行为人群在普及教育的基础上，动员自愿咨询检测，开展干预措施宣传教育，积极配合政府业务部门动员妇女及其亲属参加自愿检测和母婴阻断；对受艾滋病影响的儿童及家庭给予帮助、扶持和关怀。工作重点，一是扩大艾滋病防治基础知识在女性中的普及面，提高知晓率。农村女性艾滋病相关知识普及率、知晓率分别达90%和85%以上，城市女性达95%和90%以上；二是在艾滋病高发区，积极配合政府部门动员妇女及其亲属参加自愿检测和母婴阻断；三是在有条件的地区主动开展对艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人及家庭的关怀工作，帮助受艾滋病影响的家庭提高抵御艾滋病的能力；四是结合妇联工作组织开展反歧视活动；五是加强队伍建设，扎实做好骨干培训和对志愿者的招募及其工作指导。
