南宁启动艾滋病综合防治项目 艾滋病门诊年底建成

5月26日，南宁市正式启动艾滋病综合防治项目各项工作。
据了解，南宁市今年把艾滋病综合防治首次列入为民办实事项目内容之一，共投入2000万元构建艾滋病综合防治网络，是该市卫生软项目资金投入最大的一次。该综合防治项目包括：加强艾滋病综合防治能力建设、艾滋病定点医院能力建设、为孕产妇提供免费艾滋病咨询检测并减免阳性产妇部分住院费用、建立并运行艾滋病职业暴露专项资金、艾滋病防治宣传、学校宣传、干部培训、推广使用安全套预防艾滋病8个子项目。作为项目的重要组成部分，该市卫生部门加强艾滋病定点医院能力建设和艾滋病治疗关怀中心项目建设。设在市第四人民医院的简易抗病毒艾滋病门诊初步设计方案已完成，门诊占地400平方米，将建一层楼房设25间病房，有望在今年底建成。
从当日起，南宁市将在市区、各县城主要广场、公园、汽车客运站、火车客运站、机场等人群聚集的地方，长期设置1个以上固定艾滋病防治公益广告牌，社区（行政村）设立固定艾滋病广告宣传栏、刷墙体标语等。要求普通中学、中等职业学校要安排预防艾滋病教学内容，学生对艾滋病知识知晓率达到95%以上。同时，还要求各街道办及居委会、村委会100%设置免费安全套发放箱，80%以上的公共服务场所放置安全套或者设置安全套发售设施等。（记者/曾永联）
