抗艾志愿者以身说法，学生时代的一次荒唐行为导致一生悲剧我市大学生感染艾滋病病毒率逐年提高，去年检出感染者近20例
“我就是艾滋病人，已经感染9年了。”昨天，在浙江大学紫金港校区举办的一场艾滋病知识讲座中，当主讲人在活动结束前毫不避讳地公开自己身份的时候，现场的200多位大学生给予他的是掌声和理解。在经历了与艾滋病感染者的对话互动后，在场的每一个人都学会用一颗包容理解的心来对待这些拥有难言之隐的人了。
本次活动是由杭州市疾病预防控制中心、浙江大学校医院主办，西湖区疾病预防控制中心和浙江大学保健协会协办的，当天活动的主讲者、30岁的慕容枫来自河北省，是一名患病9年的艾滋病感染者，学生时代的一次荒唐行为导致他感染了艾滋病。2007年3月，他成立了“爱之光”感染者互助社区。2008年11月26日，慕容枫获贝利马丁奖。这是英国慈善家马丁·哥顿创办的“贝利马丁”基金会设立的奖项，用以表彰在中国为艾滋病教育、预防、治疗和关怀作出突出贡献的医务工作者或医疗机构。
“身份游戏” 让学生了解谁是高危人群
慕容枫先让十五位同学做了个“身份游戏”。每位同学上台分别抽取了写着某一身份的牌子，包括局长、教授、医生、歌星、运动员、卡车司机、家庭主妇、农民工、包工头、学生、吸毒者、男同性恋、女同性恋、性工作者、打工者15个身份。然后通过自己的判断进行选择，自认为是高危人群的站在左侧，不是高危人群的站在右侧。
同学们的排列顺序从左到右依次为：男同性恋、吸毒者、包工头、打工者、局长、农民、大学生、歌星、女同性恋、性工作者、运动员、卡车司机、医生、教授和家庭妇女。
有同学说：“局长不应该排那么前面，因为一般有权有钱的人更会在乎生命，做错事的几率要小些。”还有同学认为，卡车司机一般长得比较憨厚，这么老实的人一般也不太会出去乱搞。也有同学觉得，性工作者一般都会使用安全套，应该传染的几率也比较小……
到底谁才是艾滋病感染高危人群呢?一番激烈的讨论过后，大家得出了结论：其实，无论哪个人群，都有感染艾滋病的可能，只有高危行为，没有高危人群，最重要的是人
们了解艾滋病的传播途径，做好自我保护，才能更好地保护自己和他人。
去年1名高中生感染艾滋病
市疾控中心分管艾滋病防制的副主任陈树昶告诉记者，自1985年我市首次发现艾滋病患者以来，艾滋病疫情在我市乃至全国快速发展和扩散，该疾病已经由高危人群向普通人群进一步蔓延。尤其是近年来，我市男性同性恋人群感染HIV的形势异常严峻，在2004—2009年短短的六年时间里，该人群HIV感染率从1.3%上升到6.8%。
更令人担忧的是，伴随着社会经济的发展和开放及人们思想的解放，HIV感染已不再局限在高危群体当中，这颗危险的“种子”早已悄然播撒到大学校园，大学生感染人数逐年递增，仅仅在2009年全市就检出大学生感染者近20例。截至2010年5月31日，杭州市今年已新发现的艾滋病感染者超过3位数，比去年同期增长7.28%，其中青年学生占3.7%，传播途径以性接触为主，其中男男同性恋所占的比例又进一步上升，比例为48.3%。同性恋不洁性行为感染者在青年学生中有增加趋势。
最近，杭州市西湖区疾控中心在所辖的三所大学结合体检，抽查了三所大学2000名大学生，结果发现有8名学生感染上艾滋病病毒，阳性率在0.4%。除去大学生，2009年还曾经在高中生中发现1名艾滋病感染者。
在如此严峻的形势下，公众与部分青年学生对艾滋病防治知识依然缺乏，防“艾”意识依然薄弱，对艾滋病患者及高危群体（包括同性恋群体）的歧视依然十分严重。

一堂讲座后的掌声只是个开始
教育的方式很特别，邀请一位艾滋病感染者做嘉宾，让他为在场的大学生做讲座、玩游戏，让大学生充分了解艾滋病，直到最后一刻才由本人公布自己就是一位艾滋病患者的身份，大学生们给予的是微笑、理解、鼓掌和拥抱。
试想，大多数人对艾滋病患者一贯抱有回避、歧视、看不起的态度，如果一开始嘉宾就亮出身份，或许并不能得到最后那么多的掌声。有时候，只有经历过一个亲近的过程，才可能融化坚冰。
但是，一堂讲座后的掌声只是个开始，对于艾滋病患者来说，他们需要的是真正的信任与理解。而现实生活中，他们依旧举步维艰。
