2010年北京市艾滋病防控工作会议召开

6月22日北京市艾滋病防治工作委员会召开“2010年北京市艾滋病防控工作会议”，这是暨我市医改方案公布之后，为全面落实医改工作方案，召开的第一个涉及全市33个委办局以及18个区县政府的防病工作会议。会议邀请了联合国艾滋病规划署驻华办、世界卫生组织驻华办等国际合作组织的代表出席，市防艾委主任、市政府丁向阳副市长出席会议并做重要讲话。
会上，市防艾委副主任、市卫生局方来英局长代表市防艾委对我市2009年艾滋病防控工作进行了全面总结，对下一步工作进行了全面部署。他说，在市防艾委各成员单位，各区县政府的共同努力下，我市艾滋病防控工作有了全面提升，防艾宣传形式不断创新，受众面不断扩大，高危人群干预工作力度不断加强，艾滋病感染者/患者救治力度不断加大，形成了“预防为主、防治结合、突出重点、加强督导”的工作格局。他强调说，按照新医改方案的要求，2010年我市艾滋病防控工作着力突出基础能力建设，狠抓各项防控措施的落实，根据我市的实际将重点做好艾滋病防控工作，确保防控工作取得实效。
最后，市防艾委主任、市政府丁向阳副市长做了重要讲话。他说，各单位和各部门要有和艾滋病长期斗争的意识，制定出具有针对性的防控计划，并提出了“保护普通人群，防控高危人群，救治患病人群”的具体要求。
会上，与会领导向2009年度北京市艾滋病防控工作成绩突出集体和个人代表颁发奖杯和证书，还进行了会议交流发言。
