三、MAKE奖评价指标
MAKE奖评价指标体系共有八大项目:
1. 营造知识驱动的企业文化 (creating an enterprise knowledge-driven culture)
2. 高级管理层领导的知识工作者培养 (developing knowledge workers through senior management leadership)
3. 开发和销售知识型产品/服务(Developing and delivering knowledge-based products/services/solutions)
4. 企业智力资本最大化 (maximizing enterprise intellectual capital)
5. 营造协作性的企业知识共享环境 (creating an enterprise collaborative knowledge sharing environment)
6. 营造学习型组织结构 (creating a learning organization)
7. 基于客户或其他利益相关者的知识来交付价值 (delivering value based on customer/stakeholder knowledge)
8. 将企业知识转化为股东价值或利益相关者价值 (transforming enterprise knowledge into shareholder/stakeholder value)
8个方面组成了MAKE研究的一个框架(如下图所示),借用这个框架识别那些比竞争对手在创造智力资本更快的组织和机构。
