[湘潭]女儿患艾滋病 母亲指使其长期贩毒

女儿因吸毒已感染艾滋病，而母亲却利用女儿的病情指使她长期贩卖毒品。近日，一个盘踞在岳塘区下摄司附近的家族贩毒团伙被警方摧毁，这个贩毒团伙中，涉案人员多达11人，大多是家族成员。目前，公安机关将此案移交至市检察院，下月初这起特大贩毒案将正式开庭审理。
母亲指挥，女儿卖毒
一年前，市公安局禁毒支队接到群众举报，在岳塘区电机厂解放村内，存在着一个家族式的贩毒团伙。
经办案民警侦查，这个集团内，以夏桥艳、傅敏母女为核心，网罗朱建良、夏桥英等人为马仔，组成家族贩毒团伙，长期向吸毒人员出售毒品。该团伙多次从广州上线毒贩处购入大量毒品海洛因，再通过湘潭的下线毒贩贩卖给吸贩毒人员。
团伙以家庭成员为核心且分工明确：夏桥艳与夏桥英是亲姊妹，夏桥艳与傅敏是母女，傅敏与朱建良是夫妻，赵润龙是夏桥艳的姘夫。夏桥艳为夏氏家族贩毒团伙的首犯，负责指挥和组织该团伙进行毒品交易，赵润龙协助夏桥艳，并且帮助其分包毒品，销售;朱建良负责从广州上线毒贩谢松林处交接毒品运输回湘潭，再交给夏桥艳，赵应钢以开出租车为掩护参与犯罪，为朱建良提供交通工具;夏桥艳、赵润龙将毒品分装好后交到傅敏手上，再由傅敏贩卖给湘潭的下线毒贩;赵湘利用其在中国银行上班的便利，负责帮助该团伙藏匿贩毒的非法所得和银行转账汇兑毒资。为了彻底摧毁该团伙，市公安局组成专案组立案侦查，全力以赴开展侦破工作。
多方出击，捣毁团伙
2009年8月28日凌晨，在掌握了毒贩的行踪后，市公安局禁毒支队民警在京珠高速乳源服务区抓获从广州购买海洛因回湖南的犯罪嫌疑人朱建良、赵应钢，当场查获毒品海洛因1000克。
随后广州抓捕组在当地警方配合下，在广州市远景路东江大酒店抓获广州上线毒贩谢松林，接着办案民警在谢松林的租住屋内查获大量犯罪证据。与此同时，湘潭的三个抓捕组分头行动抓获犯罪嫌疑人夏桥英、傅敏等七人，并在夏桥英居住处、傅敏居住处查获毒品、毒资、电子秤、包装袋等大量犯罪证据。
至此，夏氏家族贩毒团伙案主要成员全部落网。
