疾控部门设有自愿咨询检测点，全部免费

　　“只需3分钟，结果安全可靠！24小时快捷发货，保密邮寄。”近日，有市民向本报热线0351—4286666反映，连续几日，途经太原市后北屯西渠路附近时，总能看到不少电线杆、墙壁上、居民家的门上贴着“艾滋病自测”标语的小广告。艾滋病真的可以自测吗？这种广告可信吗？对此，一周以来，记者进行了调查走访。

　　一夜之间小广告泛滥

　　7月5日上午，记者来到后北屯西渠路看到，竖立在路边的一处电线杆上贴着市民所指“艾滋病自测”的小广告。据附近居民讲，这些广告在7月2日贴上后，不少人便把广告撕了下来，“7月1日还没有，7月2日上午起来，一夜之间整个一排电线杆上、墙壁、门上贴得到处都是，可能是人们拿去咨询了，没几天，广告几乎全被撕走了。”一位居民说。

　　记者连续一周拨打小广告上面的电话，但一直无人接听。

　　试纸自测货从北京来

　　7月13日上午，记者终于拨通了其中的一个联系电话。接听电话的是一名男子，他称，自测方式分为两种，均为试纸测试，一种是通过血液，另一种则通过唾液。血液的精准率为99.9%，唾液为95%，一套价格为150元，包括试纸和一些酒精、采血针等辅助工具，两套价格为280元，“一般来说，建议一下买两套，这样更精准一些。”男子说。

　　其步骤十分简单,试纸的两端分别标有C、T样字母，如果C端出现一条红线，表示没有被感染。如果C端和T端都出现红线，表示可能已经被感染。如果只在T端出现一条红线或者试纸上无红线则表示测试结果无效。“怎么购买？你们有公司吗？”面对记者的疑问，对方称，“公司在北京，货也是从北京发的，直接将钱打到指定的账户上就可以了。”至于公司名称及详细产地，追问多次，男子总是遮遮掩掩，“就是北京金伟凯公司。”

　　北京公司称已经停售

　　随后，记者通过网络查询搜索到“北京金伟凯医学生物技术有限公司”，通过咨询客服，一位工作人员表示根据国家相关规定，从去年开始，这种针对个人的艾滋病自测试纸就已经停止出售了，“就算有代理商现在手上还有货，也已经过期了。”对此，这位工作人员提醒广大市民出售者很有可能是盗用公司名义进行出售，建议市民谨慎购买。

　　自测不可靠疾控部门免费检测

　　那么，这种自测方法可靠吗？记者与山西省疾控中心值班室取得联系，一位工作人员表示，通常情况下，一些人担心到医院检查会被人知道，碍于面子，所以才会花钱购买相关的艾滋病试纸进行自测，其安全性和准确性不够精准，也不可靠。

　　事实上，太原各个城区疾控部门都设有自愿咨询检测点，免费提供检测，步骤分初筛(试纸条)、如有问题再继续进行复检(采血作抗体)、确认，且受检者信息是完全保密的，相对更为精准和专业。因此，建议市民到正规的检测点进行检测。(梁涛 赵宇星)
