蚊虫叮咬感染艾滋病可能性极微
国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室有关负责人讲解防艾知识
截至2009年底，我国存活的艾滋病感染者和病人达74万人，性传播已经成为艾滋病主要传播渠道，新发艾滋病近八成为性传播，同性恋中艾滋病的传播率呈逐年上升趋势。今年6月7日至11日，新闻出版总署在广西举办了全国报刊业第二批禁毒防艾宣传学习培训考察活动，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室有关负责人介绍了目前我国的防艾现状及防艾相关知识。
新发艾滋病近八成为性传播
国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室主任助理、中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心书记韩孟杰介绍说，艾滋病的传播渠道主要有三种：血液、性行为和母婴传播。我国艾滋病传染最先是通过卖血，即非法的采供血传染。后来，主要的传播方式变成了吸毒时共用不洁静脉注射针具。现在，新发艾滋病近八成为性传播，其中同性恋性传播的百分比构成呈逐年上升的趋势。
韩孟杰说：“有很多人认为只要远离毒品，就不会成为艾滋病高危人群。实际上，吸毒行为中只有共用针具是传艾途径，性传播仍为主要传播方式，且同性传播上升速度明显。”他介绍，根据疫情估测，2009年4.8万新发感染者中，有74.7%是经性传播感染，其中，同性传播占32.5%。同时，我国艾滋病流行还出现了以下新特点：15岁以下、50岁以上的病例报告逐年增加；职业为学生的报告病例逐年上升；异地或异国婚姻造成的输入性病例在一些地区出现。
礼节性接吻不会传播艾滋病
“日常接触、共餐、礼节性接吻是不会传播艾滋病的。”国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室政策协调部主任陈清峰认为，大众要正确认识艾滋病的传播条件。
他说，艾滋病的传播需要满足体液交换的条件，经过体液排除、病毒存活、体液足量、体液进入四个条件和步骤，才会传播HIV病毒。礼节性接吻的时候，虽然艾滋病病毒携带者唾液中有艾滋病病毒，但是量极少，远远达不到传染的标准，因此不会传播艾滋病。
但是，在深吻时，如果一方有艾滋病，另一方没有，同时双方的口腔内都有破溃出血，从而在接吻过程中有血液的交换并达到一定的量，就有可能传播艾滋病。
蚊子叮咬感染几率微乎其微
陈清峰说，预防艾滋病感染，最简单的方法，就是少输血、减少注射和输液以及安全的性行为。
有人担心蚊子嘴上的残留血液可能带有艾滋病病毒，会传染给他人。陈清峰认为这种可能性微乎其微。他解释说，蚊子传播疾病，大致有两种方式：生物性传播和机械性传播。所谓生物性传播，是指病原体在蚊子体内经历了发育、增殖的阶段，再传染给他人，例如乙型脑炎病毒。但艾滋病病毒在蚊子体内既不发育也不增殖，所以不可能通过生物性的方式进行传播。
陈清峰介绍说，研究证实，蚊子嘴上的残血量仅有0.00004毫升，病毒含量当然更少，而且，当带有艾滋病病毒的血被蚊子吸入后，病毒在2——3天内即被蚊子消化、破坏而完全消失。因此，只有当200多只蚊子同时叮咬一个艾滋病人，再同时叮咬另一个人，这个人才有可能感染上艾滋病病毒。这种可能性，自然是微乎其微。 贵阳日报记者 鲜晓荻 2010。07。01。
