文身对身体有没有影响？传播艾滋病病例屡见不鲜

最近有一位50多岁的市民打电话给本版“医生信箱”的值班记者说，前几天的一个晚上，他在马路上看到有三个年轻人走过来，其中有两个是赤膊的，当他们走近时，他吓了一跳，发现这两个年轻人手臂上盘着两条很大的彩色的龙，是文在上面的，他立即躲开了，他说在电影或者电视里看到文身的人基本上是黑道人物，所以他对文身的人没有什么好感。他问，那么多颜料文在身上不知对身体有没有影响？
年龄不同对文身的看法不同
夏天因为衣服穿着比较少，只要稍稍留心一下，便会发现有一些人身上文有各种图案，而且年轻人居多。
前天晚上记者在江边散步，看到一名20多岁的男青年手臂上文着一条青色的龙。他告诉记者，他身上的图案是自己设计的，他对图案很满意，到现在依然觉得很漂亮很适合自己。文身对自己来说是一种个性的释放。前天记者在市区府上街路口看到一个年纪30多岁的人手上拿着一件衣服，赤膊在等人，记者注意到他手臂上文着一朵很大的花，背上还文有一只老鹰。记者问他，为什么会文身，是不是觉得很好看？他说，他文身时只有16岁，因为当时不懂事，觉得好玩，于是就文上了这两个图案。到了成年后，觉得文身给他带来了诸多不便，许多人对文身有看法，认为文身的人不正经，给他的工作和生活带来了一些影响，才发现自己当时年幼无知，后悔不该去文身。他说，他很想将其洗掉。因为他身上的图案比较大，医生说，很难洗，而且洗的费用昂贵，所以他没有洗。平时他很注意，很少赤膊。因为这天天气实在太热，衣服被汗弄湿穿在身上很难受，才将衣服脱掉。最近记者在公交车上看到一个20多岁的女孩，手臂上文有一只蝴蝶，记者在和她谈及文身的问题时，她认为文身很前卫、“潮”，是身体装饰的一种。
文身器械很可能消毒不严
记者来到了位于市区江南的一家文身店。这家文身店的店主是一个年轻的女子，一进门她就热情地问记者想文什么样的图案。记者细细翻阅了文身图样手册，发现这一家店的图样比较前卫新潮。这个店主告诉记者，她店里经常有年轻的情侣来文相同或者相对的图样，譬如爱心、戒指等。当记者问如果两个人分手了怎么办时，这个女店主说，那么去洗掉啊！如果是彩色的或者图案很大洗不掉怎么办？记者问道，店主沉默了。
走出这家文身店，记者又来到位于双溪路上的一家文身店。贴在墙上铺天盖地的文身图样随即映入眼帘。热情的店主看到我们的到来，一边问我们是否想文身，一边递上厚厚的一本文身图样手册，手册收录图样之全令人咋舌。据店主介绍，文身近年来受到越来越多年轻人的欢迎，来文身的大多是青少年。龙、虎、关帝等文身图样在男性中最为流行。而女性钟爱的图案就和男性有很大的区别了，大部分的女性都倾心于花卉、蝴蝶、锦鲤等。
那么这些姿态各异、五彩缤纷的图案都是怎么“文”到顾客身上的呢？店主说，根据顾客选好的图案，把颜料用针填入到皮肤里去就可以了，这些含有颜料的针点不会褪色。现在多数文身店用文身机文大一点的图案，只有较小的图案才用针文。当记者问文身时需不需要打麻药时，店主说，打麻药是医院里的麻醉师才可以进行的，我们又不懂得医学知识，不可能打麻药。他表示，文身时确实有点痛，但是一般的人都能坚持，如果确实忍受不了，他会给顾客施以皮肤表面的麻醉。记者又问及文身会不会引起皮肤感染，店主说，刚开始文过的地方会出现红肿，但他会赠送给顾客一些皮肤修复药膏，一般都不会有问题。当记者问：“用于文身的针或者文身机上的器械你们是怎样消毒的？”店主马上警觉起来，没有回答记者的提问。
消毒不严易感染上艾滋病
金华市中心医院皮肤科主任、主任医师王美燕说，文身可称得上是小手术，因为文身时会出血，如果所用的文身器械消毒不严，很有可能会被传染上乙肝、艾滋病等疾病。所以器械的卫生与否，十分关键。
记者曾经参加过由省疾控中心主办的有关艾滋病预防知识的培训。在培训班上一位专家讲述了这么一个案例：有一位刚毕业的女大学生在某单位找到了一份工作，在录取体检时，发现她患有艾滋病，这个女大学生怎么也接受不了这个现实，因为她没有与其他人有过身体上的任何“接触”，平时也很注意卫生，怎么可能感染上艾滋病？后来专家帮助她寻找原因，也没有发现任何可以感染上艾滋病的途径。最后她想到她曾文过眉，专家怀疑她可能是由于文眉时器械消毒不严格而感染上艾滋病的。
许多职业不允许文身

金华市中心医院整形美容中心主任、副主任医师童芸说，不同年龄、不同身份的人对文身有不同的看法。有许多到他们整容中心去除文身的人表示当时年轻不懂事，而随着年龄的增长，谈恋爱或者找工作出现了问题，后悔了才来洗掉的。因为许多单位在招聘时不喜欢招那些有文身的应聘者，还有公务员，公路、航空、海运服务工作人员，医生、教师等行业以及应征入伍者等都不允许文身，所以现在去除文身的人越来越多。
童芸说，文身时的色素一般都是植入在真皮层，因而是永久性的，不能自行消失，因此，去除文身并不是一件十分容易的事情。目前去除文身的常用方法有：激光治疗法。是将激光作用于文身处，将色素颗粒击碎为极微小碎屑，通过皮肤脱落排出，或是血液循环排出及细胞吞噬完成色素代谢。此方法不破坏其余皮肤组织，术后不留斑痕，是目前去除文身的首选方法。黑色或者蓝色的去除相对来说容易一些，如果是咖啡色或者彩色的，且面积比较大，则去除难度相当大，即使去掉了，还会有残留。文身时可能收费不是很高，而去除文身收费比较昂贵。这是因为去除文身不是一下子可以解决的，它需要时间，每次激光间隔的时间为3～6个月，而且要多次激光才能去除。为此她建议想去当兵，报考军校、警校等而身上有文身的人，需提早一年洗文身。
童芸提醒，年轻人在文身时一定要慎重，因为我国的文化与西方国家不同，不能盲目效仿，文身是一辈子的事，不可轻易决定，要三思而行。
有关人士说，大面积文身如果颜料含有铅等有害物质，对身体会有影响。如果年轻人想过一把“潮”的瘾，可到饰品店买一次性的文身贴使用，这种文身贴样式繁多，用法简单、无害，且容易去除，同时价格也不贵，2元到5元不等。
