13名警察用爱心重塑希望 与携带艾滋病毒戒毒人员朝夕相处

天津青泊洼劳教所（强制隔离戒毒所）有一支由13名警察组成的专管队，他们管理教育的戒毒人员都同时是艾滋病病毒携带者（即HIV阳性），日前，他们接受本报记者专访，13位“特殊教师”讲述了如何用爱心和勇气来挽救陷入绝望的生命。
据了解，青泊洼所的三大队自2006年7月正式成立，4年以来，三大队获得市级劳动模范、集体二等功、标兵集体等许多个人或集体荣誉，但在这些殊荣背后，民警们承受着常人无法想象的职业危险、工作难度和心理压力。
17岁的少年小强（化名）来自四川凉州偏远地区，经体检筛查发现，小强因共用针头注射海洛因而感染上了艾滋病病毒。小强没上过学，起初他对毒品和艾滋病认识很模糊，当他了解到二者均有致命的危害时，他也表现出恐惧、焦虑和抑郁等负面心理反应，他也曾陷入绝望甚至有轻生的念头，但民警们如兄如父般关怀让他重新振作。由于小强身处异乡、无亲无故，民警自费给他添置营养品和生活用品，还让他明白HIV呈阳性并不等于艾滋病发作，出去后可以像正常人一样生活。渐渐小强重拾生活的信心，树立战胜病魔的勇气。
据三大队队长介绍，通过几年来的探索专管队已经建立了系统规范的管理制度。然而，危险还是存在的，最担心的就是劳教人员之间打架、流血，因此民警们都配备了隔离服、防护镜、橡胶手套等警用装备，制定严格的应急预案处置突发事件，至今，专管队从未发生任何安全事故。当然，日常管理中民警不可能“全副武装”，一般只是戴手套，必须面对面交谈、零距离接触这些艾滋病感染者，否则会让对方产生抵触和抗拒。（记者冯琳 通讯员李绍强）
