　　“千万不要搞一夜情！一夜情毁了我一生！”一个高高大大、帅气十足的男孩，脸上始终挂着微笑。谁会想到，他是一个艾滋病感染者。为了提醒更多的人警惕艾滋病，他给自己起的化名，叫房爱(防艾)。

　　这两年，他的性伙伴比较多，一个月换一个，几天换一个，一个星期换几个，这样的频率让房爱的性伙伴数量迅速上升。终于，房爱发现，自己的扁桃体总发炎，而且经常感冒。“这可能是患艾滋病的预兆。”在报纸上，房爱读懂了身体给他的信息。抽血检测、等待、再抽血检测、确定，房爱说，在经过了这样一个过程，他终于被打入了地狱中。

　　“你要419吗？”房爱清清楚楚记得这句话，那是一个“同志”在网上聊天时发给他的。后来他知道，所谓“419”（睡一觉），是同性性行为的暗语，意思是“一夜情”。“就是那次‘一夜情’，害了我的一生。”说这话时，房爱的眼里透着悔意。

　　也许有人会这样想，“一夜情”的双方都不是“职业的”，所以应该健康且安全。但实际情况是，你和一个性伙伴发生了“一夜情”，这个性伙伴在外面可能还有其他性伙伴。所有性病和艾滋病，都可能通过这种途径传播。而且由于“一夜情”的发生带有偶然性，男女双方一般很少采取必要防护措施。更由于彼此对对方既往的性经历和健康状况几乎一无所知，因此这“一次”就很可能沾染性病甚至艾滋病。

　　要避免被艾滋病或其他性病感染，性活跃期的男女们除了洁身自爱，没有更好的解决方法。如果实在禁不住性的诱惑，就一定要使用安全套。

北京市艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病综合

　　“北京市朝阳区艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病综合防治示范区建设研究”项目为国家“十一五”传染病重大专项，该项目通过政府主导、科技促进为手段，建设以社区为基础、多部门参与的艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病综合立体防治网络，为我国大中城市的重大传染病防治提供成功经验。在北京市卫生局以及北京市科委共同领导下，各项目成员单位分工合作、各司其职，取得了初步研究结果，主要表现为以下几个方面：

　　（一）建立了“政府统领、属地管理、部门司职、社会参与”的艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等重大传染病的网格化管理模式，形成了以朝阳示范区公共卫生单位为支撑，以应急工作站为片区处置核心，以基层医疗机构保健科为基层处置力量的三级公共卫生应急工作网络。在甲型H1N1流感、手足口病等重大防控工作中初显成效。

　　（二）建立了示范区一级以上医院和专科医院传染病医源性感染的防控管理网络、乙型肝炎规范化诊疗体系和双向转诊体系。

　　（三）构建了示范区流动人口管理信息系统与传染病疫情信息系统、免疫规划信息系统共享框架，为流动人口传染病防治管理奠定了基础。

　　（四）开展了示范区艾滋病、病毒性肝炎基线调查，为摸清朝阳示范区人群艾滋病和病毒性肝炎的感染状况，制定防治策略提供科学依据。

　　（五）艾滋病、病毒性肝炎综合干预全面展开，形成了“疾控中心、医疗机构、服务平台”三位一体的HIV感染者和艾滋病病人综合管理模式。

　　（六）通过对4519名7-12月龄儿童10微克乙肝疫苗免疫效果研究表明，北京市实行的10微克乙肝疫苗免疫效果显著优于全国其它省市5微克的免疫效果，为在我国全面推行北京市10微克新生儿乙肝免疫策略提供科学依据。

　　北京示范区项目是迄今为止北京市承担的最大规模的重大传染病综合防治研究项目，该项目同时也被北京市政府列入政府折子工程项目。项目取得的成果将为进一步降低我市艾滋病和病毒性肝炎的发病率和病死率、提高北京市重大传染病防控能力起到积极的科技推动作用。

  "AIDS and viral hepatitis, Chaoyang District, Beijing and other major infectious diseases of comprehensive prevention and control demonstration zones" project for the national "Eleventh Five-Year" infectious diseases of major projects, the project led by the government, science and technology promotion as a means to build community-based , multisectoral AIDS and viral hepatitis prevention and control of major communicable diseases integrated three-dimensional network of major cities in China to provide successful experiences in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.   (5) AIDS, viral hepatitis comprehensive intervention in full swing, creating a "Center for Disease Control, medical institutions, service platform," Trinity's HIV infected people and AIDS patients in the integrated management model.
