农妇被误诊"艾滋病"索赔无果:"我就像死了一回"

一个“被艾滋”的农妇
李秀勤从未想过自己会得上艾滋病。5年前，当她被告知自己得了这种绝症后，她想自己一定会骨瘦如柴，全身布满疱疹，很快在痛苦中死去，就像那些得了艾滋病的邻居一样。
可她没有。
在煎熬了5年后，两家医院先后确诊，这个48岁的农村妇女与艾滋病没有一点关系。可她还是高兴不起来，有关部门的一个失误，就这样轻而易举地毁掉了她5年的人生。
一切故事都是从那个高音喇叭开始的。
那是2004年7月的一天，河南省鹿邑县生铁冢乡杨庄村村头的喇叭一早就喊了起来，通知那些曾经卖过血的村民，到村口的防疫站接受血液检查。那时，当地已经有几个村民因为卖血患上了艾滋病死去，正是人心惶惶的时候。
那天去了很多人，李秀勤抽了一管血后就离开。回到家中，她还对丈夫开了个玩笑：“你看我哪点像艾滋病人？”十多年前，李秀勤曾卖过两次血，每次400毫升、56元钱。为此，她的丈夫还说过她。
这个农村妇女曾是村里公认的好劳力，身体健壮，做事干脆利落。婆婆死得早，丈夫家里3个未成年的弟妹，全靠她一个人拉扯。即使村里村外卖过血的人陆陆续续因艾滋病死亡，她也从未怀疑自己有艾滋病。
可几天后的一个早晨，几个村干部突然上门，通知她到乡里的防疫站去做复筛检查。一个村干部还在旁嘀咕了一句：“是不是弄错了？”
抱着侥幸心理，李秀勤骑着自行车到了防疫站。但勉强保持的镇定，在看到医生后荡然无存。现在，她只记得，那些穿着绿色防护服，戴着大口罩和长长的手套，只露出两只眼睛的医生说，她可能得了艾滋病，并抽了她一管血。

出了防疫站，她双腿发软，再也跨不上自行车，只得乘公共汽车回家。那一天，她和丈夫杨自辉抱头痛哭。入夜后，二人也没开灯，坐在黑漆漆的屋里，熬到了天明。
此后不久，李秀勤的名字，便正式出现在艾滋病患者的名单上，并从此毁掉了她的生活。
第二天一早，丈夫杨自辉就离家出走。他是一名农村教师，在过去的5年中，他在家待的时间不足两个月。每逢农忙和春节的时候，他才回家转一趟，几乎不在家吃饭和过夜。他四处飘泊，有时住在亲朋好友家中，有时住在宾馆。直到现在，这个农村妇女也不知道，丈夫这些年到底是怎么过的。
“没办法，万一两个人都得了艾滋病，这家就彻底没法过了。我又是老师，要是传出去，工作怕是保不住。”这个大高个子的教师低着头说。
李秀勤有两个儿子，当时都在县城读高中。杨自辉到学校告诉孩子们，周末不要回家，要回家就到舅舅家。儿子们问父亲为什么，杨自辉也没解释原因。儿子们都很听话，好长时间没回家。半年之后的春节，李秀勤才再次见到两个儿子。
她想她的儿子。见到儿子时，她想像以前一样摸摸儿子，给他们做顿好吃的。可是她不敢，怕自己的病传染给儿子。儿子在家住了几天，饭都是杨自辉的弟媳帮忙做的。吃饭时，李秀勤用公筷把菜夹到自己碗里。
大儿子好奇地问李秀勤，李秀勤告诉他，“这样卫生”。儿子还调侃了她一句：“妈妈现在学大城市的人了。”李秀勤的眼泪在眼窝里打着转，强忍着没敢流出来。
低烧、腹泻、四肢无力等一系列病症接踵而来。在此之前，李秀勤连“头疼脑热都很少有过”。她连门都不出，成天躺在床上哭泣，这样过了一段时间，原本壮实的身体彻底垮了。
她甚至不想再活下去。她的大哥是个村医，她隔三差五就去那儿讨几片安眠药，攒了一大把。一个晚上，她吃掉了所有的药片，可她只是比平时多睡了几个小时，第二天中午，她又醒了过来。
这次寻死失败后，李秀勤不甘心。一次去给棉花打农药时，她坐在地头哭了起来，哭着哭着就拿起农药瓶子往嘴里倒。幸而前来帮忙的弟媳一把夺下，劝她要为儿子考虑一下。
在家人的劝说下，这个农妇不再寻死，开始积极找工作。“我得给儿子攒钱，他们要读大学，还要娶媳妇。我走了，他们该怎么活？”她心里想。
在被告知得艾滋病之前，李秀勤在一家毛纺厂做技术员，每月能拿近3000元钱。但这次，当她找到那家工厂的负责人时，对方拒绝了她，因为“她一旦来了，工人们估计都要回家了”。后来，她听说另外一家工厂招工，就去报名，还是因为同样的理由被人拒绝。
杨家红色的大门再次紧闭，李秀勤又过上了几乎与世隔绝的生活。几天下来，大门口就堆积了厚厚的沙土，一踩一个脚印。
时间一长，李秀勤也想出门透透气。有时，她会站到门口，和村里人说说话。不过，对方总和她保持一定距离。有小孩子跑过来，她想摸一摸抱一抱，大人总会一把拽开，不让她碰。每碰到这样的情形，她都会流一通眼泪。
有一次，村里一家办喜事，李秀勤随了份子。吃饭时，她一坐下，同桌的人纷纷找借口离开，最后只剩下她一个人。她感觉很没面子，一口没动就走了。
还有一次，她到一个办白事的人家帮忙扯孝布。指甲不小心划破了一个妇女的皮，那个女人暴跳如雷，骂了许多“很难听的话”。她没还一句嘴，还不住给对方说好话。“要是你感染上艾滋病，我把房子卖了养着你。”她对那个妇女说。
后来，她就有意不靠近别人。“我谁都不怨，要怨也只能怨自己。”回忆起这些事，她又哭了起来。
李秀勤曾经是一个“开朗热心”的人。村里一个老人说，以前谁家要有个事，一叫她就来帮忙。她的嘴甜，笑点还低，谁随便讲个笑话，她会“咯咯咯咯”笑个不停。
在村里，她的人缘曾经很好。在被诊断为艾滋病之前，她家经常有人打牌，有时一玩就到深夜。每次，李秀勤都会给他们沏好茶。而如今，“一年也没几个人上门”。李秀勤买了很多一次性纸杯，偶有客人到访，她就用纸杯沏好茶，可很少有人动。
那些装一次性纸杯的塑料袋子，早已辨不清本色，原本白色的墙壁上，挂着一缕一缕的灰尘，房顶的吊灯边上，甚至还有一个燕子窝。长条几上插着两束红色的塑料假花，假花是去年买的，现也落满尘土。厨房的一扇门已经朽烂。几年前，院子的一堵墙壁倒塌，前一个月，杨自辉才雇人垒起来。
“能不能活都不知道，谁还顾得上家。”李秀勤叹了一口气说。
在苦苦煎熬了5年之后，随着一纸新的诊断书，她的命运突然出现了匪夷所思的转变。
2009年7月，杨自辉鼓动妻子到郑州市第六人民医院检查血液，结果“人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV(1+2））”呈阴性，医生告诉他们“没得艾滋病”。对这个结果，李秀勤半信半疑。20多天后，他们又到北京市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证中心检查，还花了半天时间，等待一名权威专家咨询，专家也告诉他们没事。
得到确切的结果后，那一夜，杨自辉在郑州喝了个酩酊大醉。李秀勤也兴奋得一晚上没合眼，她想，她终于回到正常的生活里了。
但她错了。
回到村里后，夫妻二人想邀请村里人庆祝一下。他们约定好日子，拿着复印好的医院诊断证明，挨家挨户邀请。可是等到约定的日期，已经过饭点了，才有几个村里人走进她家。
“我要他们吃饭，他们都说吃过了。用一次性纸杯倒上水，也没有人喝。”李秀勤抽泣着说，“没有人相信我没事。”
她并没有得到想象中的宽恕，相反，一些流言蜚语逐渐传到她耳朵里。有人说，“她的儿子大了，该娶媳妇了，她才不承认自己是艾滋病人。要是承认，谁家的闺女敢进她家的门？”
从北京回来后，李秀勤家红色的大门每天都大敞着，丈夫杨自辉还把医院的诊断证明复印后贴到大门口。她盼望村里人走进来，可几乎没有。村里人似乎都在回避着她。凡红白喜事，她只要出现，仍然没有人和她坐一桌吃饭。她想抱抱别人家的孩子，大人仍是一把拽开。
“她说自己没病，谁知道是不是真的？我们不敢和她接触，得了病我们就完了。”一个妇女这样说。
一怒之下，李秀勤一纸诉状，将鹿邑县卫生防疫站和周口市疾病预防控制中心两个单位告上法庭，要求二被告立即为她恢复名誉、消除影响，并向她赔礼道歉，同时要求二被告赔偿她各项损失75万元。她要为自己正名。
2010年年底，法院一审判决认为，鹿邑县卫生防疫站将血样装错，而作为确认机关的周口市疾病预防控制中心没有对原告李秀勤本人采血复检，对原告精神上造成侵害。鹿邑县卫生防疫站赔偿原告13万多元，其中精神损害抚慰金10万元。周口市疾病预防控制中心承担连带赔偿责任。
现在，两家单位已提起上诉。至于赔偿金是否能拿到手，还是一个未知数。
“5年多了，我就像死了一回。赔我再多的钱，我也活不成以前那个样了。”李秀勤低下头，呜呜地哭着，“他们做错了，可我一个老百姓有什么办法？”
前些天，李秀勤到县城办点事儿，刚出大门，远远看到几个村里人走来。李秀勤一看到他们，就低下头，贴着墙根走。一个老人走近和她打招呼，她抬头应了一声，又向前走了两步，才转身说话。上车后，她坐到车尾最角落的位置，而车内并没几个人。
“我怕别人嫌弃我。”她低声说。
