云南：数万流动人口接受艾滋病防治培训

生意社1月27日讯 记者从云南省第二轮省级艾滋病综合防治项目管理办公室了解到，云南省第二轮省级艾滋病综合防治项目自2010年启动以来，各项目县（市）针对重点人群开展了大量防治工作，尤其针对流动人口的宣传成效明显。
云南省第二轮省级艾滋病综合防治项目于2010年5月正式启动，周期从2010年6月至2012年12月，选择在安宁、会泽、通海、镇雄等17个县（市）展开，旨在探索财政资金以项目形式进行管理的有效模式，加强防治艾滋病工作队伍建设，推广和运用国际、国内先进的艾滋病防治策略及工作模式，全面提升项目地区艾滋病综合防治能力。此项目启动以来，各项目县（市）以外出务工人员、建筑工人、校内和校外青少年、少数民族为重点，开展了形式多样的宣传教育和行为干预活动。
据了解，各项目县（市）以委托协议的方式，将项目工作分包到了党校、共青团、劳动、妇联、公安、教育等部门，调动了多部门参与艾滋病防治工作的积极性，扩大工作的覆盖面。为了加强对重点人群，尤其对流动人口的宣传，各县协调了建设、宣传、劳保、妇联、公安、计生、运输等部门参与，分别到当地辖区内的在建建筑工地、水电站等大型基建工地结合安全和上岗培训、农村劳动力转移技能培训等，对流动务工人员进行了艾滋病防治知识培训、发放宣传资料等活动。有的县在流动人口居住聚集地、车站等开展相关宣传活动。17个县对8552名建筑工人、46277名劳务输出人员、8740名大型基建项目工地人员进行了相关培训或宣传教育，另外还开展了针对5880名返乡人员、5967名其他类型流动人口的宣传教育活动。（浦超）
