杭州实施艾滋病快速检测40分钟即可知道结果凭身份证免费检测

本报讯抗体检测是常用的艾滋病检测方法，过去需要7天左右才能拿到结果。昨天，杭州市卫生局公布，最新开展的艾滋病抗体快速检测技术，可以将等待结果的时间从7天缩短为40分钟。

时间缩短意义很大。因为在这7天里，一些人可能一直怀着恐惧的心情等待，还有些人可能抱着侥幸心理再次进行危险性行为，由此带来更大的伤害。

去年11月起，艾滋病抗体快速检测在江干区进行试点，主要针对男男性行为者人群。

江干区疾控中心

倪科长说，他们选取了男男性行为者聚集比较多的两家浴室，在里面设立了快速检测点。每周六下午至晚上提供检测服务。

从去年11月至今年4月共检测了180人，发现了25例艾滋病毒阳性者。其中，在浴室快速检测的87人中，发现了10例艾滋病毒阳性。检测结果准确率很高。这些阳性病例也由上级疾控部门最后确认。

倪科长说，以前检测结果要等7天，检测后往往找不到受检者了。现在40分钟出结果，可以在现场对阳性者指导干预。

目前开展快速检测技术的有：江干区、下城区、西湖区、上城区的区疾控中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测室。

有需要的人凭身份证即可获得免费服务。疾控部门对咨询、检测者的个人信息完全保密。检测结果直接通知受检者本人，由受检者本人取报告。

杭州市卫生局提醒，有过危险性行为的市民，为了自己和他人的健康，应主动就近去当地的疾控机构检测。
