为深入贯彻《国务院关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》(国发[2010]48号)文件精神，扩大艾滋病抗病毒治疗覆盖面， 10月20日至21日，全市艾滋病防治知识暨抗病毒治疗培训班在市疾控中心召开。全市各县(市)、区疾控中心分管主任和艾滋病防治专业人员、各县(市)、区抗病毒治疗定点医院及驻济二级以上医疗机构的内科、皮肤科医生共130余人参加了培训。
在培训班上，针对我市当前艾滋病抗病毒治疗及艾防工作开展情况，市疾控中心副主任阮师漫在讲话中提出三点要求：一是多措并举，确保我市艾滋病防治工作深入开展;二是扩大抗病毒治疗覆盖面，不断提高我市治疗水平和可及性;三是进一步理顺医疗与疾控在艾滋病抗病毒治疗和相应医疗服务中的关系，明确各自职责，加强卫生系统内各层面的沟通、协调和配合。培训班聘请了国家疾控中心性艾中心关怀与治疗室张峣博士、山东省艾防所陶小润所长、山东省艾防协会办公室主任傅继华主任、市疾控中心阮师漫副主任、市传染病医院张秀珍主任分别就我国艾滋病疫情现状及防治策略、我省艾滋病防治工作面临的问题与挑战、艾滋病二线抗病毒治疗、山东省艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作现状、抗病毒治疗及药物副作用处理等内容进行了讲解。
此次培训班，进一步提高了我市疾控机构、医疗机构医务人员艾滋病相关政策、法规等相关知识水平，提升了艾滋病抗病毒治疗和艾滋病机会性感染诊断处理能力，规范了我市艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗管理工作，为落实国家“四免一关怀”政策、 “五扩大、六加强”措施，用好用足我市卫生系统医疗资源提供了技术保障。(胡艳霞)

The training courses to further enhance the city's disease control agency, AIDS-related medical institutions, medical personnel policies, regulations and other related knowledge, to enhance anti-viral treatment of AIDS and opportunistic infections of AIDS diagnosis and treatment capabilities, standard anti-AIDS patients in our city HIV treatment management for the implementation of the national "Four Frees and One Care" policy, "five extended, six enhanced" measures, the best use of medical resources in our city health system to provide technical support.
