纽约中学性教育“劲爆” 授课内容包括法式接吻

近20年来首开必修课，授课内容包括法式接吻；家长批“太骇人”
明年开始，纽约市所有公立中学近20年来首次将性教育课列为必修课。这本来是一件好事。然而，23日媒体披露了部分课程内容——尺度大得令人惊叹，旋即引起轩然大波。“这(课程表)看起来万分骇人。”一位母亲这样总结。
课程内容“太劲爆”
据悉，该课程的最小学龄儿童为11岁，但是内容令人咋舌。比如，11岁和12岁的学生要判断一些性行为的风险等级，包括使用安全套、润滑剂性交和法式接吻。
课程还建议青少年学会利用一些资源，比如哥伦比亚大学网站的“提问爱丽丝”栏目来咨询性知识。
此外，学生还需学会到诊所就医，参加节育和性病测试；学生还要能够列出商店货架上安全套牌子的名单，比较它们的价格和润滑功能等。
媒体还透露，纽约市教育局和卫生局还合作雇佣“安全套协调员”，年薪8万美元，向中小学生们发放安全套。
家长狠批露骨课程
这些内容令纽约的家长们吃惊不小，之前对学校提供性教育必修课的支持逐渐转变成了担心。有媒体直言，这样露骨的教育“不仅无用，而且有害”。
一名家长抱怨：“里面说的很多东西我和丈夫都没有尝试过，教育局为什么要教给孩子？”
还有一名日裔的家长对“提问爱丽丝”栏目颇有微词，她称不知道这个网站会告诉孩子们多少细节，恐怕孩子知道的太多而沉迷其中。一些天主教的机构和网站更是提出严厉批评。
不过，也有一些家长相对开明。“我觉得这是一个好主意。”一名孩子的父亲对该课程表不是很在意。
纽约市长力挺课程
面对各界的质疑，纽约市教育局局长丹尼斯·沃尔科特发表声明称，教育局的做法主要是为了防止意外怀孕或艾滋病等疾病的传播，有必要将产生这些问题的“根源”从小教给孩子们。课程里面除了一些比较深入的性教育之外，节欲也在被教授的行列。
纽约市市长布伦伯格对性教育课颇为支持。他甚至放下狠话，不喜欢这个课程的人，可以把他们的孩子从性教育课堂上带走。他称，纽约非婚生儿童的出生率和性疾病传播率很高，政府有责任要做些事情。
“如果我们不做，那就是我们的耻辱。”布伦伯格说。
纽约市副市长琳达·吉布斯也立挺这份课表，她说：“我们在教导孩子推迟性生活开始的时间。如果他们选择开始，那么他们会学到正确的方式。”
家长有权选择“离开”
不过，虽然2012年春季的性教育课名义上是“必修”，实际上家长有让孩子选择的权利。当老师讲到避孕的环节时，家长们可以选择让孩子不听，因为不少家长和宗教对避孕存在其他看法。(张乐)

美国25%少女染性病
纽约市41%青少年承认，9年级时就有过性行为
该课程是纽约市长布伦伯格推行的“年轻男性计划”的一部分，总投资高达1.27亿美元，主要是想要改善纽约市非洲裔和拉丁裔生活。
根据美国疾病防治中心的研究报告显示，纽约市41%的青少年承认，早在9年级时就有过性行为，另有58%的人称在12年级时有过性行为，其中非洲裔和拉丁裔的学生性行为比率高。
该报告称，这两个族裔的少女更容易意外怀孕，也容易感染性病或者艾滋病。
另外一项统计显示，美国每4名15-19岁的少女中，就有一人感染性病。黑人女孩感染率为50%。(张乐)
