人民网・天津视窗10月4日电：日前，2011年度中国政府“友谊奖”颁奖大会在人民大会堂隆重举行。南开大学生命科学学院特聘教授马克・巴特兰姆作为本年度获奖的外籍专家出席了“友谊奖”颁奖盛会，并获颁中国政府“友谊奖”奖章。本年度获得“友谊奖”的50名外国专家来自21个国家。自1991年以来，共有来自62个国家的1199名外国专家获得了中国政府“友谊奖”。

　　马克・巴特兰姆教授毕业于英国牛津大学，是一位资深高级蛋白质结构、艾滋病和肿瘤等疾病新型药物创新研究专家。他在南开大学组建了天津市蛋白质科学重点实验室，推动天津市蛋白质结构研究跻身世界前沿。

Tianjin, People Power Windows October 4: Recently, the Chinese government 2011 "Friendship Award" award ceremony was held at the Great Hall. Distinguished Professor of Life Sciences, Nankai University, Mark Bart Lamb as foreign experts attended this year's winners of the "Friendship Award" awards event, and the Chinese government awarded the "Friendship Award" medal. This year was "Friendship Award" in 50 foreign experts from 21 countries. Since 1991, a total of 62 countries from the 1199 foreign experts received the Chinese government's "Friendship Award."

Mark Lamb, Professor Bart graduated from the University of Oxford, is a senior high protein structures, new diseases such as AIDS and cancer drug innovation expert. He formed the Tianjin Nankai University Laboratory of Protein Science, to promote the study of protein structure, Tianjin, among the world's cutting edge.
