★人民网网民“网友”于2011年5月7日给山西省委书记袁纯清留言反映运城市闻喜县艾滋病患者生活困难的问题，山西省委社情民意办公室转办后的落实情况反馈。
运城市委社情民意办公室反馈的办理落实情况如下：
张虎林，男，1966年1月18日出生，凹底镇西凹底村人，家有四口人，现住县城一小区内。因有偿献血于1998年6月3日确认感染了艾滋病病毒，确认后各级领导和政府对他的生活非常关心，从多方面给予照顾和资助。
一、生活救助方面
1、2005年市红十字会和市扶贫办提供90000余元无偿捐款帮助以张虎林为主的五名艾滋病患者成立阳光养殖场，后因经营不善倒闭。
2、2006年至2009年通过联合国开发计划署艾滋病小额贷款项目累计为其贷款10000余元。
3、逢年过节期间各级部门、民间组织机构都给予不同程度捐款捐物等关怀救助。
4、县民政局将其妻及子女四人纳入城市低保每月760元，张虎林纳入农村低保每月176元，其中一孩子还享受浩德慈善项目资助每月100元。
二、医疗救助方面
在医疗救助上，县疾控中心根据国家政策免费提供治疗药品，免费定期进行治疗体检，免费进行中药治疗，发生机会性感染免费去市传染病医院救治，外出看病给予报销来回路费。
目前，闻喜县卫生局在与张虎林联系后，积极与相关部门联系，尽可能更多的给予帮助。
