近三年岛城新发病人数每年以52.75%的速度增长，其中，男性新发现者比例之高让人担忧，男性感染者已经是女性的10倍，而其中男同性恋者感染比例高又是一大显著特点，其占传播感染者比例已经上升到55%。在世界艾滋病日来临之际，记者走近艾滋病感染者，听听他们的故事。
从公务员到专职志愿者
12月1日被世界卫生组织定为世界艾滋病日，今年世界艾滋病日的主题是“行动起来，向零艾滋迈进”，在世界艾滋病日来临之际，记者走近HIV感染者，听听他们的故事。
2011年11月29日上午，记者如约见到了采访对象烨瑄。时尚的打扮，优雅的谈吐，记者眼中的烨瑄和普通人没什么区别，让人很难想象烨瑄是一名HIV感染者。在双方简单的沟通过后，烨瑄谈起了自己的往事。
“我今年已经42岁了，我的身份是同志。我过去的工作是很安逸的，我曾经做过公务员。因为我的身份是同志，在我们那个年代，同志在中国是非常受歧视的，根本就不可能像其他人一样能够找到一个真心的朋友。”在谈及自己的同志身份时，烨瑄表示，可能是跟自己早些时候看的《红楼梦》有些关系，因为里面有这种描写，自己可能会有些幻想，慢慢的就感觉自己不喜欢女孩子了，自己小时候还是比较喜欢和女生一起玩丢沙包的游戏，但是到了初、高中的时候就发现自己不喜欢女孩子，喜欢男孩子，那个时候几乎就能够确定同志身份。
“我对自己的同志身份是比较认同的，之后，我就辞掉了做了5年公务员职务去了国外，在国外的生活虽然很辛苦，但是我过的比较开心，毕竟国外比较自由。我在国外生活了大约有13年，我是3年前回国的。”事实上，在男同这个圈内，和烨瑄这个年纪的人并不在少数，只是大多数都在潜水而已。在他们那个时代，男同是不被允许的，男同就相当于流氓是要被抓的，这也是烨瑄辞职去国外的一个原因。
“回国之后，偶然的机会，我在网络里认识了一些志愿者，他们在同志群里动员有过这些接触的人去做HIV检测，提倡早检测早预防，随后我就参加了他们的一些活动，感觉还是不错的。在参加完志愿者组织的活动之后，我就去了市南区疾控做了HIV检测。大约四五天的时间后，我就接到了市南疾控的大夫的电话，说我的血样有些异常。当时的大夫并未直接告诉我是HIV感染者，但是出于本能，我就考虑到有这方面的可能性。”事实上，烨瑄的预感是正确的，他真的成为了一名HIV感染者。
“对于我来讲，一听到这个消息，并不是一点反应也没有，但我的反应并不是特别的大。这可能源于我在国外的经历。在国外的时候，我身边的两个朋友曾经被检测出HIV，这也就给我打了一剂预防针，但要说听到这个消息一点变化也没有是不可能的，也是感觉有些恐惧的。”接到电话后，烨瑄考虑了很多问题，尽管以前有朋友是HIV感染者，但是这个事情轮到了自己，还是会感觉有些恐怖。于是烨瑄就在忐忑不安的情绪中度过了两天。
“当初感觉恐怖，是因为对这个病不是很了解，也不知道国内对于这个病有‘四免一关怀’的相关政策。又过了两天之后，疾控的大夫通知我过去，说我HIV感染者的身份已经得到了确诊。来到疾控中心，大夫简单的为我介绍了一下病理知识，然后我也就知道了，这个病并非如大家想象当中的那么恐怖，日常生活中也不会传染，听到这个消息之后，我的心里也就比较安定一些。”平静是只是暂时的，不仅需要有勇气去面对现实，对于以后的生活、工作可能还会有部分的影响。
“心里虽然稍微平静了一些，但是对于工作，还是会受到一定的影响。我以前在国外是做翻译工作的，如果需要长期的签证，HIV这一项是必须要检查的。这也就直接影响了我的工作，因此，我回国之后也就再也没有出过国。”目前，烨瑄在做一名专职的志愿者，他希望通过自己的努力能够帮助更多HIV感染者走出阴影，更好的工作、学习、享受生活，诠释生命的意义。
感染者做手术是个难题
对于普通人来说，手术或许不是什么难事儿，但对于HIV感染者来说，手术可谓是难上加难。烨瑄告诉记者 ：“因为病人在接受手术之前都会查血，也会检查HIV项目，一旦检查报告出来后，医院一般不会直接拒绝接收患者，而是会以其他不适合在此医院治疗的理由为借口来推脱。我们也不是很理解医院的做法。”事实上，并不是所有的医院和医生都不接收HIV感染者。
可能是出于对医院和医生的保护，害怕社会对这部分人群的歧视，烨瑄不愿意透露具体的医院名称和具体的医生姓名，“现在青岛有一家医院，一位全外科的医生已经接诊了8名HIV感染者的手术，一旦有外科手术我们都会介绍到他那边去，而且这位医生很有良知，不会多收患者费用，截止到今年8月为止，8名HIV感染者已经康复出院，可是只有8例，是在是太少了。”事实上，并非所有的HIV感染者都像这8名HIV感染者一样能够幸运的接受手术治治疗。
“去年，一位黄岛的HIV感染者在青医附院检查出宫颈癌后，由于是HIV感染者的身份，医院不予接收，而且也没有联系上青岛爱心行工作组，也就延误了治疗。后来，这位感染者通过疾控中心和青岛爱心行工作组取得了联系，工作组的志愿者立即和北京地坛医院取得了联系，将患者送往北京治疗。可惜的是，现在的患者已经是宫颈癌晚期，癌细胞已经扩散，在家里卧床不起，生命几乎走到了尽头。如果说，这位感染者能够早些接受医院的治疗，也不会是今天这种生存状况。”
通过烨瑄的叙述，我们几乎能够预想到HIV感染者这部分特殊群体的生存状况以及他们目前面临着的压力和挑战，试问，如果连医院、医生都不能及时的向他们伸出援助之手，让他们在社会的关爱下走出阴影，那么还有谁能够给予他们“最后的温暖”呢？
呼唤社会关爱 避免极端
在我们看来，HIV感染者和其他正常人并没有什么太大的区别。他们很多人仍然是在自己的岗位上兢兢业业的工作。
烨瑄回忆道：“我周围认识的人当中有这样一位感染者，这位感染者得了疝气，需要做手术，我将他介绍到那位熟识的外科医生那里。这位感染者有自己固定的工作，并且也有医疗保险。因为他自己是HIV感染者，他害怕周围的人知道自己的身份，影响到自己以后的工作，不敢走医保的程序，手术费用全部都是由他自己自费完成的。”由于这位感染者50多岁的年纪，有自己的事业和家庭，也有自己的孩子，如果一旦他的HIV感染者的身份暴露，他的工作不仅会受到影响，一个家庭可能就会因此而破裂。
“在我周围，也有一些朋友也会因为不能接受HIV感染者的化验结果，走向极端。一位黄岛的20多岁的男生由于不能接受自己是HIV感染者的身份曾经割腕自杀，后被救下。通过我们志愿者的努力，不断的沟通交流，并且邀请他参加志愿者组织的活动，通过大家的不懈努力，终于让他慢慢的走出了阴影，正视自己的人生。”这种发生在生活的中案例并不在少数，如何让这些HIV感染者感受到社会对他们的关爱应经成为当前最重要的问题。
记者手记：
在与烨瑄的整个交谈过程中，记者得知，他的交友圈主要是HIV感染者，在他看来，只有这个群体的人彼此之间可以很放得开，不必要去隐藏一些秘密，可以敞开心扉畅所欲言。在HIV感染者之中，他们大多数的家人都不知道他们的身份，只有少数将自己感染者的身份告知家人或者恋人。可能因为和家人供餐、共用马桶等不会传染，也可能是出于不让家人担心的出发点，或者害怕受到家人的嫌弃，他们选择了沉默。
目前为止，HIV感染者作为社会的边缘人群，在世俗的眼光之下，不能够得到社会大众的理解，因此，有极少部分感染者会因为得不到社会的关爱而产生一种极端的心理，选择报复社会，去进行恶意的传播。HIV感染者需要得到社会的正视，需要得到广大群众的理解和尊重。
