广东元月报告艾滋病死亡30人居传染病之首

中新社广州2月15日电 (唐贵江 粤卫信)广东省卫生厅15日发布该省1月份传染病疫情报告，该省1月份共报告传染病发病37756例，死亡75例，其中报告死亡数居首的病种为艾滋病，死亡人数达30人。
该份最新疫情报告显示，2011年1月广东全省共报告乙类传染病发病18439例，死亡74人。无甲类传染病报告。乙类传染病种中，非典型肺炎和人禽流感、登革热等没有发病病例，1月广东乙类传染病报告发病数居前五位的病种为：肺结核、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝和淋病，占报告发病总数的92.34%。
值得注意的是，报告死亡数居前三位的分别为艾滋病、狂犬病和肺结核，占报告死亡总数的97.30%，艾滋病、狂犬病和肺结核的报告死亡病例分别为30、29和13例。
此外，1月份该省共报告丙类传染病发病19317例，死亡1例。报告发病数居前三位的病种为其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病和流行性腮腺炎，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的97.97%。(完)
