明天是“世界结核病防治日”。昨天，昆明市疾控中心结核病防治科负责人通报了昆明市的结核病防治情况：目前，昆明市的结核病疫情呈逐年上升的趋势，今年的防治工作重点是加强流动人口的结核病防治和耐多药结核病防治。今年开始，昆明市内将开展结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染者的筛查和治疗管理工作。

　　结核病是由结核分支杆菌感染引起的一种慢性传染性疾病，以肺结核病最为常见。由于近年来结核病在全球范围内死灰复燃，发病率迅速增加，已经被世界卫生组织列入重点防控的三种传染病之一。“我国的结核病疫情严峻，保持着高患病率、高耐药率、高死亡率、高感染率和低递降率的特点。” 昆明市疾控中心结防科科长鄢志梅说，据全国第三次结核病流行病学抽样调查显示，昆明市的结核病疫情呈逐年上升趋势，其发病人数已经升至法定报告传染病发病人数的前三位。

　　鄢志梅介绍：目前，结核病的治疗，国家实行的是归口管理治疗的方式，昆明市有4家医院是结核病的定点治疗医院。分别是昆医附一院、昆明市第三人民医院、昆明市儿童医院和省疾控中心结核病防治中心的临床部。对于肺结核病患者，国家实行的是免费治疗的策略。只要在昆明生活和工作的肺结核病人，不分籍贯，都可以在这4家定点医院，接受免费检查和免费抗结核药物治疗。

　　据了解，结核病没有有效的疫苗，主要是通过呼吸道途径传染，防治手段主要就是控制好传染源。昆明市将在主城四城区进行项目试点，实施全球基金流动人口结核病控制项目，以不断提高其发现率和治疗管理率。

　　由于部分结核病人不能有效地接受正规治疗和管理，导致耐多药的结核病人不断增多。耐多药结核病人的治疗费用，是新病人的10到100倍。今年，昆明市将重点对耐多药的结核病人，实施规范化治疗管理。鄢志梅说，由于艾滋病患者身体的免疫系统遭到破坏，结核病已经成为艾滋病患者第一位的机会感染疾病。统计表明，艾滋病患者中，有三到四成是死于结核病。为应对艾滋病病毒感染人数不断上升带来的挑战，昆明今年将在全市范围内，开展结核病/艾滋病双重感染患者的筛查和治疗管理工作。
